Objective: 1.Clinical observation of pulpotomy combined with laser treatment of irreversible pulpitis.2.To investigate the clinical application of microscopic endodontic surgery and intentional replantation in the treatment of failed root canal. To provide reference and evidence for the clinical study of pulpotomy in irreversible pulpitis and microscopic endodontic surgery in periradicular lesions. Methods: Under the strict inclusion and exclusion criteria: 6 cases patients with irreversible pulpitis were treated with pulpotomy.8 cases patients with periradicular lesions were treated with microscopic endodontic surgery.2 patients with radicular grooves on maxillary anterior teeth were treated by intentional replantation. After the Follow-up observations were performed for 1,3,6 and 12 months, postoperative efficacy was evaluated by clinical examination and postoperative radiographic. Results: Follow-up observations were performed on the collected cases: The pulpotomy for treatment of 6 cases of irreversible pulpitis showed no subjective discomfort, knocking pain, and the electrical pulp test was positive. The initial judgment was successful.6 cases of periradicular lesions were treated by microscopic endodontic surgery were successful and failed in 1 case.Intentional replantation was used to treat 2 cases with radicular grooves on maxillary anterior teeth and 1 case failed. Conclusion: 1.The successful outcome of partial pulpotomy in irreversible pulpitis case has achieved the goal of minimal invasive endodontics and residual tooth structure preservation. However, there are fewer cases and shorter observation time.whether it can replace the application of root canal therapy still needs more clinical verification.2.Microscopic endodontic surgery has a good prognosis for clinical application. The clinical application of intentional replantation is unpredictable due to fewer cases and shorter follow-up observation time.In the later studies, the sample size should be expanded and the follow-up time should be extended to conduct in-depth research on prognostic and prognostic factors.
