Objectives:To develop health education courses suitable for Chinese community patients with ischemic stroke,so as to provide scientific guidance for community nurses to seek effective ways and methods of health education for patients with ischemic stroke and to carry out effective health education.Methods:Take the literature research,analysis of ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients in community health education methods,content,form,evaluation content,combined with the connotation of curriculum,situational curriculum model as the theoretical framework,from the teaching goal,teaching content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation four aspects of ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients in community health education curriculum setup,construction of community health education for patients with ischemic stroke first draft curriculum plan.The expert meeting method was adopted to calculate the degree coefficient of authority of experts,and the opinions and Suggestions of experts on the first draft of the curriculum plan are sorted out to form the revised health education curriculum plan.USES the convenience sampling to select a community of baoding city nine patients with ischemic stroke as the research object,the implementation of the ischemic stroke patients in community health education course "intervention plans,and preliminary experiments,comparison of cerebral apoplexy patients before and after the intervention plan health knowledge,attitude and behavior change,at the same time for the people and their families,and community health workers on education curriculum content,teaching methods,such as satisfaction and acceptability of qualitative interviews,to further improve the ischemic stroke patients in community health education courses,forming the ischemic stroke patients in community health education course" intervention program final version.Results:(1)Literature analysis results: through the analysis of the included literature,the embryonic form of health education curriculum was formed.(1)the teaching objectives are designed according to Bloom's classification theory of educational objectives,including 25 items in the three fields of cognition,emotion and behavior,including 6 items in the cognitive field,6 items in the affective field and 7 items in the behavioral field.(2)the content of the course: "know nobuyuki mode" as the core concept of the contents of the course set up the course content,by assessing patients' health knowledge,belief and behavior of vulnerabilities,analyzed the demand,the formation of curriculum content,and correspond to the teaching goal,which is divided into basic knowledge of cerebral apoplexy,medication and complication prevention,health belief and health behavior,six modules;(3)teaching method: based on the characteristics of different course contents,teaching objects,teaching objectives and teaching contents,combined with the literature materials,the method is adopted,including group teaching,group discussion,one-to-one teaching,etc.,for a total of four classes;(4)teaching evaluation: with teaching objectives as the main basis,take the combination of diagnostic evaluation,process evaluation and terminal evaluation.(2)Qualitative interview results: patients and their families were 100% satisfied with the course,and social medical staff also fully affirmed the course plan.At the same time,the patient proposed to set up a "health hotline" in the course and rationally use the "WeChat" platform to answer patients' questions in time.The intervention time was short,so it was suggested to increase the intervention time.Blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipids were suggested as evaluation indexes.(3)Preliminary experimental results:(1)Comparison before and after the intervention: after the intervention of community ischemic stroke patients with health knowledge(26.44±2.56)compared with before the intervention(18.67±3.32)significantly increased(P<0.05);Health belief after intervention(120.00±15.23)was significantly improved compared with that before intervention(108.44±15.08)(P<0.05).After intervention,health behavior(87.11±5.35)was significantly improved compared with that before intervention(76.44±6.95)(P<0.05).(2)Qualitative interview results: the patients' satisfaction of the course reached 100%.At the same time,the patient proposed to add a "health hotline" in the course and reasonably use the "WeChat" platform to answer patients' questions in a timely manner.The intervention time was short,so it was suggested to increase the intervention time.And the blood pressure,blood sugar,blood fat and so on as the evaluation index and so on the suggestion.(4)Final draft of health education curriculum for community ischemic stroke patients: including health education content,teaching objectives,teaching methods and teaching evaluation.The teaching objectives include cognition,emotion and behavior.The teaching content includes 6 modules of basic knowledge of stroke,medication and complication prevention,stroke health knowledge,health belief,health behavior,rehabilitation exercise and blood pressure and blood glucose measurement.Teaching methods include teaching method,group discussion method,feedback method,demonstration method,experience sharing method,individual conversation method,case teaching method,and other methods.Group teaching,one-on-one discussion and group discussion are adopted.Intervention is conducted once a week for 30-40 minutes each time for 3-6 months.Before the implementation of the course,the teaching evaluation adopts the diagnostic evaluation of patients' health knowledge,belief and behavior through the questionnaire survey,the process evaluation such as classroom questioning and quizzes,and the terminal evaluation of patients' health knowledge,belief and behavior change.The resulting teaching materials include health education manuals(textbooks)and health education programs.Conclusions:With the model of situational curriculum as the theoretical framework,the curriculum plan of health education for ischemic stroke patients was set up through literature research,expert meeting method and pre-experiment,with comprehensive and systematic teaching contents,measurable teaching objectives,flexible and diverse teaching methods,and teaching evaluation throughout the whole teaching process.The content of the teaching materials is scientific and comprehensive,the form is illustrated,the language is easy to understand,and simple and practical,which has certain promotion value.
