Objective:To Meta analyze the therapeutic effect of rotator cuff injury treated by full shoulder arthroscopy(AAR)and arthroscope-assisted small incision(MOR).Methods:The computer retrieves databases such as Pubmed,The Cochrane library,EMBASE,Science Direct,CNKI,Wanfang,and Weipu.To collect various controlled studies on AAR/MOR treatment of rotator cuff injury,reoperation as an evaluation index for Meta analysis,using Stata11.0 for analysis.Results:shoulder range of motion-external rotation(SMD=0.188);95% CI(-0.012,0.389),P =0.066)shoulder joint-outreach(SMD = 0.157,95% CI(-0.090,0.404),P = 0.214)shoulder joint activity-proneness(SMD = 0.180,95% CI(-0.079,0.439)(P = 0.174)ASES score(SMD = 0.118,95% CI(-0.073,0.309),P = 0.226),UCLA score(SMD =0.166,95% CI(-0.082,0.413),P = There was no significant difference in VAS score(SMD=0.029,95%CI(-0.186,0.244),P=0.790).Conclusion:the two methods have no significant difference in shoulder joint mobility,UCLA,ASES and VAS scores,and can achieve good clinical results. |
