Meta Analysis Of The Efficacy Of Arthroscopic Single-row Technique And Suture Bridge Technique In The Treatment Of Rotator Cuff Tear

Objective:To compare the different efficacy of arthroscopic single-row technique and suture bridge technique in the treatment of rotator cuff tear by meta analysis,we hope this article can provide evidance to support the clinical decision.Methods:Pub Med、The Cochrane Library、EMBase、CBM、CNKI、OVID、Wan FANG、VIP base are searched.The deadline is March 2022.The literature reviews are about the different efficacy of arthroscopic single-row technique and suture bridge technique in the treatment of rotator cuff tear.We evaluate the quality of the literature reviews and collect ASES Score、UCLA Score 、Constant Score、VAS Score、the incidence of postoperative retear.Rev Man 5.3 software was used for data analysis.Results:A total of 12 studies were included,with 1311 cases.The result shows that the SB groud for ASES score(MD=2.91,95%CI:0.56～5.25,P =0.02)、 UCLA score(MD=2.25,95% CI : 0.13～4.36,P =0.04)、Constant Score(MD=0.79,95% CI :0.08～1.50,P =0.03)and the incidence of postoperative retear(OR : 0.55,95%CI :0.35～0.85,P =0.008)is significantly better than the SR groud.There were no significant differences between the two groups in VAS Score(MD=0.03,95% CI :-0.13～-0.19,P=0.72).Conclusion:There were no significant differences between the two group in pain degree,but the SB groud can significantly improve the shoulder function and decrease the incidence of postoperative retear,suture bridge technique is deserved to promoting.
