Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Decoction Of Peony Allergy Combined With Xanthium Oil In Treating Pediatric Allergic Rhinitis

Objective:The purpose of the thesis is to provide an effective treatment for the clinical treatment of infantile rhinitis by observing the clinical curative effect of Peony allergy decoction which combined with Xanthium oil.It has a curative effect in treating the symptom of "yin deficiency,blood dryness-heated,pathogenic wind attacking into the collaterals" in infantile rhinitis.Methods:This topic is a clinical study which used a randomized controlled approach by collecting 60 cases of pediatric allergic rhinitis who were admitted to the department of pediatrics and otolaryngology of xiamen hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to August 2019.Children are in the 3~14 age range and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.In the experimental group,peony allergy decoction which combined with Xanthium oil was used for treatment.The control group was treated with Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray and the course of treatment is a month.After one month of observation and three months of drug withdrawal,the writer records the relevant results for the two groups of children with primary symptom score(symptom score + sign score)and TCM syndrome score Data processing and statistical processing were carried out to evaluate the clinical efficacy of decoction of Peony allergy which combined with Xanthium oil in treating the symptom of "yin deficiency,blood dryness-heated,pathogenic wind attacking into the collaterals" in pediatric allergic rhinitis.Results:1.A total of 60 cases were included in this trial,and 59 cases were observed in the clinical trial.In the control group,there was 1 case of shedding,while in the experimental group,there was no shedding,and the shedding rate was 1.67%.2.After a month of treatment,the total integral,including symptom integral and sign integral,and TCM syndrome integral of both groups were decreased.The effective rates of total integral of observation group and control group are 90.00% and 86.21%,respectively.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective rates of TCM syndrome integral of observation group and control group are 86.67% and 58.62%,respectively.There were statistically significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).3.After three months of withdrawal,the follow-up found that The effective rate was 73.33% in the experimental group and 48.28% in the control group.There were statistically significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).The effective rate of TCM syndrome score in experimental group was 70.00% and was 41.38% in control group.There were statistically significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The two treatments,Peony allergy decoction which combined with topical xanthium oil and Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray showed similar efficacy in the treatment of improving the main symptoms.But in improving TCM syndrome score in the treatment of in pediatric allergic rhinitis,Peony allergy decoction which combined with external use of Xanthium oil is better than Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray.2.In terms of long-term efficacy,to treat infantile rhinitis,Peony allergy decoction which combined with external use of Xanthium oil is more efficient than Momethasone Furoate Nasal Spray in the main symptom score,TCM syndrome score.It is effective and clinically valuable.
