Objective:By observing the effect of Sanjiehuoluo Decoction on the effect of meniscus plasty under arthroscopy,the effectiveness and safety of Sanjiehuoluo Decoction was evaluated.It provides theoretical and practical basis for the improvement of rehabilitation after meniscus plasty under arthroscopy.Methods:From December 2017 to December 2019,93 patients admitted to the department of orthopedics and traumatology of our hospital with meniscus plasty under arthroscopy were selected.They were divided into three groups,each with 31 cases.Basic treatment group: all the patients were treated with basic therapy,including compression bandage,intermittent ice compress,analgesia(except NSAIDs),and rehabilitation training.Experimental group: basic treatment was combined with Sanjiehuoluo Decoction treatment.Control group: basic treatment was combined with Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets.Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),the range of motion(ROM),circumference of the superior patellar margin of the knee,pain index(VAS score)were measured and compared among the three groups.All data were analyzed by IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0.Results:1.The three groups of patients were compared in age,gender,the operation limb side,preoperative ESR,preoperative Lysholm score and BMI(P >0.05),showing there is no statistical difference,there is comparability.2.ESR: Intra-group comparison:the specific change trend was that the ESR increased significantly on the 2nd day after the operation compared with that before the operation,and gradually decreased on the 7th and 14 th day after the operation(P< 0.05).Inter-group comparison:the decline of ESR in the control group was better than that in the basic treatment group(P < 0.05).The decline of ESR in the experimental group was better than that in the basic treatment group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in ESR decline between the experimental group and the control group(P >0.05).3.ROM: Intra-group comparison:the specific change trend was that the knee ROM increased gradually on the 3rd,7th and the 14 th day after operation(P< 0.05).Inter-group comparison:the knee joint activity of the control group was better than that of the basic treatment group(P < 0.05).The knee joint activity of the experimental group was better than that of the basic treatment group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in knee joint activity between the control group and the experimental group(P >0.05).4.Circumference of the patellar superior margin of the knee: Intra-group comparison:the specific change trend was that the circumference gradually decreased on the 3rd,7th and the 14 th day after operation(P<0.05).Inter-group comparison:showed that the circumference of the control group was smaller than that in the basic treatment group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the basic treatment group and the experimental group(P>0.05).The circumference of the control group was smaller than that in the experimental group(P< 0.05).5.VAS: Intra-group comparison:the specific trend was a gradual decrease in VAS on the 3rd,7th day and 14 th day after operation(P< 0.05).Inter-group comparison: VAS in the control group was lower than that in the basic treatment group(P< 0.05).VAS in the experimental group was lower than that in the basic treatment group(P <0.05).VAS in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group(P < 0.05).6.Lysholm score: Intra-group comparison:Lysholm score increased gradually on the 3rd and 14 th day after surgery(P < 0.05).Inter-group comparison:Lysholm score of the control group was better than that of the basic treatment group(P < 0.05).Lysholm score of the experimental group was better than that of the basic treatment group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in Lysholm scores between the experimental group and the control group(P >0.05).Conclusion:For patients undergoing meniscus plasty under arthroscopy,Sanjieshuoluo Decoction can not reduce the swelling of the joint,but it can reduce the level of inflammatory indicators,increase the range of motion of the joint,improve joint function,and promote postoperative joint rehabilitation.There was no significant difference in the efficacy of Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets.In terms of relieving pain,Sanjieshuoluo Decoction is not as effective as losuprofen sodium,but it also can obtain good clinical effect.
