Study On Quality Innovation And Process Innovation Of Medical Consortium Based On Dynamic Optimal Control Model

With the continuous development of China's economy,people's demand for health is growing,and the problems of insufficient health resources,unreasonable structure and uneven distribution in China are still obvious.In 2017,the medical consortium was formally included in the key measures of the new medical reform.Since then,it has entered the peak period of development,and the mode of organization and management is constantly improving with innovations at all levels.The research on the medical consortium is in line with the requirements of internal resource allocation of the medical consortium under the current “new medical reform”.Also,it has certain reference significance for promoting the flow of quality medical resources in the medical consortium.Therefore,research on the innovation of medical consortium is necessary and important.The innovation of the medical consortium is essentially the problem of optimal allocation of resources.From the perspective of modern microeconomics,this paper draws on the dynamic control model of enterprise product innovation and process innovation,and studies the innovation of medical consortium under the condition of externality.This paper attempts to apply the dynamic optimal control model to the medical consortium quality innovation and process innovation research,from a new perspective to explain the internal factor input and resource allocation of the medical consortium.It is concluded that the relationship between the quality and process innovation investment,as well as the rate of change of the medical consortium.Then draw the dynamic path of quality innovation and process innovation under government constraints.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,this paper attempts to study the innovation of medical consortium from a quantitative perspective.It demonstrates the impact mechanism between quality innovation and process innovation,and hopes to provide reference for resource allocation and investment decision-making of medical consortium,which has the practical significance of economy and management.
