In order to solve the contradiction between the overcrowding of large hospitals and the difficulty of medical treatment by the grassroots,china had begun to implement the system of medical consortium.After years of development,zigui county medical consortium in hubei province,had made good operation and achieved certain results: it had reduced the input cost of the government,reduced the operating cost of the hospital,reduced the cost of medical treatment for patients,and reached a three-party winning situation;strengthened the construction of medical and health institutions and medical teams,and moved the level of medical services to a new stage;played the advantage of hierarchical referral platform,the hierarchical medical system had begun to be implemented;strengthened the informationization construction,the intelligent medical platform had been preliminarily constructed;promoted the rational use of existing human and material resources,and partially integrated medical and health resources.However,in the process of the construction of zigui county medical consortium,there are still many problems,mainly manifested in that,the internal work coordination is not good,the hierarchical medical system is not well implemented,the informationization level is not high,and the resource allocation efficiency is too low.The reason for above problems is that,the top layer design is not perfect,the internal development is not balanced,the two-way referral is not dynamic,the informationization construction is not enough,resource allocation is not optimized.In order to solve the above problems and improve the construction of zigui county medical consortium,it is necessary to further implement the responsibility of the government to run the main body,improve the system of division of labor cooperation,guide the implementation of the hierarchical medical system,speed up the promotion of information construction,and optimize the allocation of medical and health resources. |
