Cervical cancer is one of the most common cancers in female reproductive system malignancies in China.It has been younger in recent years,and the proportion of young patients is increasing year by year.According to the “2015 China Cancer Statistics Report”,among Chinese women aged 30-44 Cervical cancer ranks second in common malignant tumors,and there are about 100,000 new cases of cervical cancer in China.Almost all cervical cancer(99%)is associated with genital infections of human papillomavirus(HPV),which is essential for cervical cancer.Cervical cancer caused by HPV is the only cancer that can be prevented by vaccines.Inoculation with HPV vaccine and regular cervical cancer screening is a necessary measure to prevent cervical cancer.The World Health Organization(WHO)recommends that the main target population for cervical cancer vaccines is girls aged 9-14,and the secondary population is female adolescents and young women.China's "Guidelines for Comprehensive Prevention and Control of Cervical Cancer" suggest that the primary target population for cervical cancer vaccines in China is 13-15 years old,because HPV vaccine is most effective before it is used for sexual life.With the double-price,four-price,and nine-price listed in mainland China,various media have rushed to report,which has aroused the close attention of the public.The HPV vaccine has also become a "net red" vaccine.From the perspective of community vaccination population,most of them are older women.On the one hand,they reflect the lack of HPV awareness,and on the other hand,they reflect the high demand for cervical cancer prevention.The population of the best vaccination age group of 9-15 years old belongs to the minor.The decision-making power of HPV vaccine is in the hands of parents.Therefore,it is especially important for parents' disease education and HPV vaccine knowledge science.This article from the GSK GZ promotion of bivalent cervical cancer vaccine perspective,for the indications approved in mainland China,distinguish between four-price,nine-price age,using literature review,questionnaire research and other research methods,a comprehensive analysis of Guangzhou Parents of primary and secondary school students in the current media transmission,the recognition of cervical cancer disease and the acceptance of HPV vaccine,starting from the media information structure and the cognitive framework of the audience,formulating more effective media health communication strategies,intervention and promotion The healthy behavior of the audience.
