| Cervical cancer is a threat to women’s health,with a mortality rate of up to 50 per cent.But as the only cancer whose cause is known,early prevention can significantly reduce the risk.Women’s awareness of cervical cancer prevention is not innate,but acquired through access to information.With the booming development of the Internet and new media and the popularity of social media,instant communication brings people back to the era of interpersonal communication.Without the joint participation of national institutions,social organizations,medical institutions,media,families and individuals,it is impossible to improve the efficiency of health communication and ultimately achieve the goal of health campaign.Interpersonal health information exchange and sharing has become a new research field.This study selected women in Xi ’an city as samples to understand the basic situation of cervical cancer cognition and health behavior of urban women,and analyze how cervical cancer cognition plays a role in belief and behavior."Nobuyuki this study selected" theory model and innovation and diffusion theory,in cervical cancer prevention and control measures are summarized on the basis of research experience,analyzes the communication studies,sociology,psychology and other basic subjects of research progress on the research of health communication at present,for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer information spreading "key influencers" which is,Finally,optimization suggestions are put forward for the process affecting prevention and control consciousness.A scale of awareness of prevention and treatment of cervical cancer in women was designed to collect relevant information from 276 respondents.Firstly,SPSSAU22.0was used for cross-analysis and descriptive statistics to understand the status of awareness of prevention and treatment of cervical cancer in women.UCINET6.645 was used to calculate the key analysis indicators of social information network.On the basis of summarizing the data,cross-analysis was conducted to summarize the characteristics and further analysis and discussion.In terms of the overall "knowledge,trust and action",the cognitive level of the samples is average,and there is a lack of overall and comprehensive scientific understanding,especially there are blind spots in carcinogenic factors and early warning.Data suggest that social information exchange networks can have a positive impact on awareness of cervical cancer prevention and treatment,with density having the greatest impact.The most effective way to improve the awareness of cervical cancer prevention is to improve the topic of cervical cancer prevention measures and strengthen the communication and exchange between women on cervical cancer prevention and treatment.In order to enhance the belief of cancer prevention and assist the promotion of healthy behaviors,we can start from cancer cognition and do a good job in the contact link of cancer information related to cancer cognition.The communication strategy should be changed in the communication channels,content design and communication subjects of cancer information,and real and effective clues of personal behavior should be timely provided to stimulate the audience to change their attitude and personal behavior. |
