Objective: To evaluate the effect of early use of “modified Chuanhuanyi orientation osmotherapy” on local joint swelling and pain in patients with non-traumatic necrosis of femoral head after total hip arthroplasty. To provide a theoretical basis of the use of drugs that ctivating blood blood stasis, relieve swelling and relieve pain, and supplement Qi and blood for patients with local swelling and pain after total hip arthroplasty. In order to optimize the clinical treatment and postoperative rehabilitation program to provide certain reference.Method: In this study we selected 60 patients who meet the inclusion criteria and rea dy to underwent total hip arthroplasty in Joint surgery department of our hospital beca use of non-traumatic femoral head necrosis during September 2017 to January 2019,and record the patient’s gender, age, height, weight, body mass index(BMI),and othe r basic information.Sixty patients were divided into experimental group and control gr oup according to the random number table method,30 patients in each group.Control group: postoperative routine detumescence and analgesia treatment;Experimental grou p: “postoperative routine detumescence and analgesic treatment + modified Chuanhuany i orientation osmotherapy” treatment, continuous treatment was carried out for 2 week s.The circumference of the middle thigh of the two groups of patients were measure d on 1 day before the operation,1 day after the operation and 3,7 and 14 days afte r the operation, and relevant values were recorded. The VAS score of patients at rest and during activity, serum CRP,erythrocyte sedimentation rate were observed and reco rded on 1 day before operation 1 day after the operation and 3,7 and 14 days after the operation. It is statistically significant to set the p<0.05 to the difference by collati ng the data obtained and using SPSS 20.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences in gender, age, height, wei ght and body mass index(BMI)between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in pain sco re and limb swelling degree at rest and during activity(P > 0.05)1 day before opera tion,1 day after operation, and 14 days after operation. The pain scores at rest and a ctivity 3 days after operation and 7 days after operation and the degree of swelling of the affected limb(P < 0.05)were statistically significant between the two groups.3.There were no statistically significant differences in blood sedimentation rate and C RP(P > 0.05)between the two groups at 1 day before surgery and 1 day after opera tion.Three days after operation, seven days after operation, and 14 days after operatio n,the blood sedimentation rate and CRP(P < 0.05)were statistically significant. Conclusion: On the basis of conventional treatment of western medicine, the use of “ modified Chuanhuanyi orientation osmotherapy” can improve the early swelling and pa in symptoms of patients after THA,which is conducive to the early functional rehabil itation of patients, and is worthy of further clinical application. |
