Objective:To Observe Clinical Efficacy of Qinggan Jieyu Acupuncture Prescription Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in Treating Dry Eye of Stagnated Heat of Liver Channel. Methods:Collecting 68 patients with dry eye of stagnated heat of liver channel, who were treated in Outpatient Department of Ophthalmology and Acupuncture of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January10,2019 to October 31,2019.Which were divided into two groups: treatment group(34 cases)and control group(34 cases)according to the randomized control principle. The control group was given sodium hyaluronate eye drops, which were instilled into two eyes thrice daily, one drop per eye at a time, and the treatment period was 4 weeks. The treatment group was treated with Qinggan Jieyu acupuncture prescription on the basis of the control group, and the acupuncture prescription consists of xingjian,chengqi,taixi,zusanli,taiyang,shaoshang,3 treatments per week(Monday,Wednesday and Friday),and the treatment was 4 weeks. The scores of symptoms and signs of TCM in the two groups were analyzed and compared before and after treatment. And the break-up time of tear film(BUT)and the tear meniscus height(TMH)were detected and recorded using an ocular surface comprehensive analyzer of german keratograph. After the data obtained were statistically analyzed by using Statistical software SPSS 20.0.Results:A total of 68 cases were included in this experiment,65 cases completed clinical observation and 3 cases fell off, including 1 case in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group.(1)Before treatment, there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)Overall clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine:After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.85% and that of the control group was62.50%(P<0.05),indicating that the overall curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)Integral of TCM symptoms and signs: After 4 weeks of treatment, the total integral of symptoms and signs of dry eye in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment in the same group(P<0.05),and the total integral in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the integral of TCM symptoms and signs in both groups was improved after treatment, and the curative effect of Qinggan jieyu acupuncture prescription combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops was more prominent.(4)Laboratory indicators: After 4 weeks of treatment,BUT and TMH in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment in the same group(P < 0.05),and the BUT and TMH in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that both groups can prolong tear film rupture time and increase tear secretion, and the experimental group has more advantages than the control group.(5)During the treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusions:The clinical effect of Qinggan Jieyu acupuncture prescription combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye of stagnated heat of liver channel was better than that of sodium hyaluronate eye drops group alone. It can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients in TCM,and improve BUT and TMH levels, which was worthy of affirmation and further research.
