The refined,systematic and processed logistics service can provide strong support and guarantee for the smooth development of hospital diagnosis,medical treatment,teaching,research and other work.It is of great significance to track,manage and evaluate the quality of logistics service,summarize the advantages and experience,and further promote the reform of public hospitals.We should deeply understand the current situation of hospital logistics service provision,logistics management and logistics operation,and find out the entry point,key point and risk point of operation management,and commit to continuously improve the quality of logistics service,improve the satisfaction of logistics service,and promote the reform and development of hospital logistics operation.At the same time,exploring the hospital one-stop logistics service mode is conducive to the hospital managers to formulate and improve the rules and regulations related to logistics service,and make the hospital logistics service provision be more refined,systematic and processed.This paper took the satisfaction of the hospital logistics service recipients as the research object,and used the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and so on to analyze the satisfaction of the logistics service recipients of a top three hospital affiliated to Beijing and study the improvement countermeasures.First of all,starting from the research background and significance of "one-stop" logistics service,this paper summarized and commented on the research status of customer satisfaction theory at home and abroad,and leaded to the research content of this paper.Secondly,we expounded and summarized the concept and characteristics of hospital logistics service,customer satisfaction and "one-stop" service,and analyzed the development status and service situation of logistics service in a top three hospital affiliated to Beijing,so as to provide the basis for discussing the satisfaction of "one-stop" logistics service in a top three hospital Affiliated to Beijing.Third,combined with the specific characteristics of "one-stop" logistics service and through the questionnaire survey,data was collected for analysis and comprehensive evaluation.According to the data analysis,the existing problems were found,the causes were analyzed,and the improvement measures were studied,so as to provide certain theoretical and practical guidance for the third tier hospital affiliated to Beijing to better meet the satisfaction needs of the hospital logistics service recipients,and improve the service quality and speed.From the point of view of the satisfaction degree of the hospital logistics service recipients,through investigating the satisfaction degree of the logistics service recipients in a top three hospital affiliated to Beijing.This paper investigated the current situation of the satisfaction degree and the demand for the logistics service and the real feeling of the "one-stop" logistics service,and discussed the influencing factors of the satisfaction degree of the hospital logistics service recipients,so as to find out the key point to improve the "one-stop" logistics service quality.By creating a new logistics management concept,higher work efficiency,all-round high-quality service,scientific and standardized logistics management means,the "one-stop" logistics service level could be comprehensively improved and provided decision-making reference.
