Objective:The relationship between vitamin Aand vitamin D and repeated respirattrac infection in childen. Methods:After randomly selecting 100 hospitalized children suffering from recurrent respiratory tract infection from January 2018 to January 2019 in Cangzhou Central Hospital,Huanghua Development Zone Boai Hospital,Gu’an County People’s Hospital, and Xingtai County Hospital into the case group and randomly selecting 100 children accepting health examination in the same place and period into the control group, they are divided into exposure group and non-exposure group by taking vitamin A and D as the exposure factors. The level and general conditions of vitamin A and D are collected.Diagnostic criteria:The normal level of vitamin A is 0.3-0.7mg/L;the normal level of vitamin D is 30-100ng/ml.Results:1. Basic information statistics of case group and control group for recurrent respiratory tract infection Both gender(P=1)and age(P=0.651)have no statistical significance in both case group and control group.2.Concentration of vitamin A and D in the serum of case group and control group for recurrent respiratory tract infection The concentration of vitamin A and D in case group for recurrent respiratory tract infection is 0.24±0.07mg/L and 24.76±8.61ng/ml respectively;it is 0.37±0.06mg/L and 34.64±6.36ng/ml respectively in control group, which shows that the concentration of vitamin A and D in the serum of case group is obviously lower than that of control group(t=-14.086 P<0.01,t=-29.455P<0.01).As X~2=84.072 P<0.05,X~2=75.332 P<0.01,it can be concluded that the lack of vitamin A and D is related to recurrent respiratory tract infection. The ratio of exposure group and non-exposure group of vitamin A is25.62,while the ratio of exposure group and non-exposure group of vitamin D is 18.43.Conclusions:1.Compared with control group, the level of vitamin A and D in the serum of children from case group decreases obviously.2. Vitamin A and D are related to recurrent respiratory tract infection.3. The probability of suffering from recurrent respiratory tract infection for children in lack of vitamin A is 25.62 times higher than normal control group;the probability of suffering from recurrent respiratory tract infection for children in lack of vitamin D is 18.43 times higher than normal control group.4. Lack of vitamin A and D is the risk factor for children’s recurrent respiratory tract infection.
