Self-control Study Of Filiform Fire Needle Combined With Jingbaiyin In Treating Vitiligo In Liver And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

Objectives:By observing the clinical effectiveness and safety of filiform fire needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine Jingbaiyin in treating liver and kidney deficiency syndrome vitiligo,further exploring the clinical mechanism of filiform fire needle and Jingbaiyin in treating vitiligo,providing effective and economical treatment for clinical treatment of vitiligo.Methods:The self-control method was used to observe the clinical efficacy of filiform fire needle combined with Jingbaiyin in treating vitiligo due to liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.White spots with a skin area of not less than 5 cm~2 were selected from the same vitiligo patient,and they were roughly divided into two halves,one half being the treatment group and the other half being the control group(no more than three target skin lesions were selected for each patient).The treatment in the test group was Jingbaiyin+filiform fire needle+tacrolimus ointment,and the control group was Jingbaiyin+tacrolimus ointment.Four weeks was a course of treatment for a total of three courses.Before treatment,4 weeks after treatment,Images were collected at 8and 12 weeks,the white spot area was calculated,and the onset time(the number of treatments when the skin lesion first appeared pigmentation)was recorded.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by observing the area and onset time,and the safety was evaluated by observing adverse reactions.Results:1.The treatment rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,and the treatment rate of the control group was 65.6%,P<0.05,which was statistically significant,suggesting that the effective rates of the two groups were significantly different;2.The difference in white spot area at the 4th,8th,and 12th weeks after treatment in the two groups was compared with the previous course,all were P=0.00(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;comparison between groups:also in the treatment At the 4th week,8th week,and 12th week,the difference between the previous treatments was compared with each other,and it was found that P=0.00(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;it proved that both groups had certain effects,and the control group was significantly The control group was effective,and as the treatment course increased,the area of white spots in both groups decreased.3.Comparison of the onset time of treatment between the two groups,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant,suggesting that the onset time of the treatment group is significantly shorter than that of the treatment group.4.Three patients in the treatment group developed a strong itching sensation and one patient had an infection at the acupuncture site.The control group had no significant adverse reactions,suggesting that the treatment group had more adverse reactions than the control group.Conclusions:1)The clinical effect of filiform fire needle combined with Jingbaiyin on vitiligo is affirmative,and it is worthy of clinical application;2)The filiform fire needle has low cost,convenient operation,good safety.
