Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Migraine Without Aura By Filiform Needle Combined With Fire Needle

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of filiform needle combined with fire needle and western medicine in the treatment of migraine without aura,to explore the advantages of filiform needle combined with fire needle in reducing the number of headache attacks,improving the degree of headache attack and improving the quality of life.To provide a basis for the clinical application of filiform acupuncture combined with fire acupuncture in the treatment of migraine without aura.Methods:Sixty patients with migraine without aura were selected and divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with filiform needle combined with fire needle,first of all,fire needle treatment,selected points for Shuaigu(affected side),Xuanzhong(bilateral),Ashi point,once a week,4 times per course,a total of one course of treatment.Then filiform needle acupuncture was used.The acupoints were Sizhukong(affected side),Shuaigu(affected side),Taiyangxue(affected side),Fengchi(affected side),Waiguan(bilateral),Xuanzhong(bilateral),Zulinqi(bilateral),Hegu(bilateral),Taichong(bilateral),3 times / week,12 times / course,for a total of 1 course of treatment.The control group was given oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsule once a day,oral 10 mg before going to bed for 4 weeks,four weeks as a course of treatment,a total of one course of treatment.The number of headache attacks,the score of VAS,the score and total score of MSQ scale and the level of serum serotonin were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,in order to compare the efficacy of the two groups in the treatment of migraine without aura.Results:(1)Intra-group comparison: The frequency of headache attacks,VAS score,the score and total score of three dimensions of MSQ scale and the level of serum5-HT in 2 groups before and after treatment showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),suggesting intra-group comparability.(2)Inter-group comparison: The number of headache before and after the treatment of two groups,the number of scores and the total score and the total score of the MSQ scale and the level of serum 5-hydroxylamine(P<0.05),the group Compatibility.(3)After the course of treatment,the total efficiency of the combined fire needle group and the Western medicine group was 93.33% and 80.00%,respectively,and the Western medicine group was less efficient than the combined fire needle group.Conclusion:(1)Filiform needle combined with fire needle can reduce the frequency of headache and effectively relieve the symptoms of patients.(2)Filliform needle combined with fire needle can improve the quality of life of patients.(3)Filliform needle combined with fire needle had better effect on increasing serum5-HT level.(4)Filiform needle combined with fire needle in the treatment of migraine without aura is simple and effective.
