Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of urinary kallidinogenase injection on the patients’ scores of MESSS,MBI,and blood viscosit,Lp-PLA2.Method: From January 2019 to October 2019,171 patients with cerebral infarction who met the inclusion criteria were selected to be hospitalized in the Department of Neurology,the second hospital of Hebei Medical University.According to the real world study,the patients were divided into two groups according to their wishes: the control group(given routine treatment in Neurology)and the experimental group(on the basis of routine treatment plus 0.15PNA/d of urinary kallidinogenase).Both groups took 7-10 days as a course of treatment.On the day of admission,the day of discharge and three months after discharge,the scores of MESSS and MBI were evaluated.The whole blood viscosity and Lp-PLA2 were measured on the day of admission and discharge.Results:1.MBI index after treatment: there was statistical difference(P<0.05)at the time of discharge after treatment,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05)at 3 months after discharge.2.Comparison of the scores of MESSS: there was a statistical difference in the effective rate of treatment at discharge(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the effective rate of treatment 3 months after discharge(P>0.05);there was a statistical difference in the effective rate of treatment at the time of discharge(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the effective rate of treatment 3 months after discharge(P>0.05).there was statistical difference in the effective rate of treatment at the time of discharge(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the effective rate of treatment 3 months after discharge(P>0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the level of whole blood viscosity before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,all hematology indexes were improved,Rate1 level was statistically different(P<0.05),while the rest of the whole blood viscosity level was decreased,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).4.There was no significant difference in the level of Lp-PLA2 before and after treatment(P>0.05).5.There was no correlation between the whole blood viscosity before and after treatment and the MESSS score at the same time(P>0.05).6.There was no correlation between the level of Lp-PLA2 before and after treatment and the score of MESSS in the same period(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Compared with the results of the two groups,the effective rate and the effective rate of the treatment group were higher.Urinary kallidinogenase injection can improve the degree of neurological deficit.2.Compared with the results of the two groups,the MBI index of the patients in the treatment group improved more,and urinary kallidinogenase could improve the ability of self-care.3.Whole blood viscosity and Lp-PLA2 can be used as serological markers in patients with cerebral infarction,but in this experiment,there is no significant advantage between whole blood viscosity and Lp-PLA2 in patients’ prognosis and severity. |
