Clinical Observation Of Modified Huanglianwendan Decoction In Treating MS Patients And Its Influence On P Wave Index

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction in the treatment of phlegm-stasis interjunction metabolic syndrome and its influence on P-wave index,evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction in the treatment of phlegm-stasis interjunction metabolic syndrome,and further provide new ideas for reducing the risk of atrial arrhythmia.Methods: A total of 68 patients meeting the inclusion criteria of phlegm,blood stasis and interjunction metabolic syndrome in the outpatient Department of Cardiovascular Disease,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into control group(lifestyle combined with usual Western medicine intervention)and experimental group(supplemented with Modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction on the basis of control group)in a random manner,with 34 cases in each group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,the curative effect of TCM syndrome,BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,FPG,2h PG,FINS,HOMA-IR,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,Pmax,Pmin,PD,Ptf V1 of the two groups of patients were observed before and after treatment.SPSS26.0analysis was conducted to evaluate the curative effect of Modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction and its influence on P wave index.Results:1.TCM syndrome efficacy analysis: After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);The syndrome score of the experimental group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group(88.2%)was higher than that of the control group(64.7%)(P<0.05).2.Analysis of BMI and WC: After treatment,BMI and WC of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);The effect of BMI reduction in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Blood pressure effect analysis: After treatment,the SBP and DBP of the two groups were lower than before(P<0.05);The effect of SBP reduction in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Analysis of blood glucose and islet function: After treatment,FPG,2h PG,FINS and HOMA-IR in the two groups were lower than before(P<0.05);The reduction effects of FPG,FINS and HOMA-IR in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).5.Efficacy analysis of blood lipid: After treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and HDL-C was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05);The effect of clinical improvement of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).6.P wave index analysis: After treatment,Pmax and PD in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the negative value of Ptf V1 in the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),Pmin of experimental group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The effect of clinical improvement of Pmax,PD and Ptf V1 in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction can efficaciously improve the clinical symptoms of MS patients who were defined as phlegm and blood stasis type.2.Added Huanglian Wendan Decoction can improve each component of MS,reduce BMI,blood pressure,blood lipid,blood glucose and correct IR.3.Added Huanglian Wendan Decoction can improve the P-wave index,prevent the occurrence of atrial arrhythmia and improve the quality of life of patients.4.Added Huanglian Wendan Decoction has high clinical efficacy and safety.
