Cerabral infarction is a disease of the imbalance of blood supply and oxygen supply. It has already become the main reason which causes death and disability in the world. Not only does it affect the quality of life, but also causes great economic and psychologic burden. Based on the pathogenesis, the treatment of intervention and drug may be effective. However, the former has the constrains of time window and strict indications and more complications. Anti-platelet aggregation drugs, which has an effect on the secondary prevention of stroke, can prevent the formation of blood clots rather than the reconstruction of cerebral vascular. Therefore, the restoration of blood flow,the protection of remaining neuronal function and the promotion of neuro regeneration may help ease symptoms.Human urinary kallidinogenase(Huk) has been used in clinical area as class-â… drugs in country. Huk protects against ischemic brain by inhiiting apoptosis and inflammation and by promoting angiogenesis and neurogenesis in animal experiments. The efficacy and safety of the drug can be evaluated by the scores of neurological deficits and mortality. Now, we make use of MRP and MRS to futher study the mechanism of the drug in the human body.Methods:Thirty patients, who was diagnosed cerebral infarction in the first hospital of the Jilin university, were collected.They had new lesions on the DWI and hadn't been given the treatment of thrombolysis, anticoagulation and fibrinolytic drugs before enrollment.They were divided into the experiment group and the control group. The two groups were given the drug of improving ciculation and the experiment group were given huk 0.15PNAU,once a day and for 7 days. Each of the subjects was applied to DWI, T2WI,3D-TOF-MRA, MRS, MRP. The volume of the lesions and CBF, CBV, MTT, TTR Lac, NAA, Cho, Cr in the region of the maximum level of cerebral infarction were measured and calculated. Statistical Methods:SPSS 13.0 data analysis software, and docimastic significance level was p<0.05.Results:â‘ The score of NIHSS in the experiment group was lower than the control group after treatment and there was significant difference in the two groups.The score of mRS in the two groups was higher after treament and there was no difference in the two groups.â‘¡The volume of the lesion on DWI in the experiment group was smaller than the control group after treatment and there was no difference in the two groups. The volume of the lesion on T2WI in the experiment group was smaller than the control group and there was no difference in the two groups.â‘¢Compared after treatment with before treatment, CBF in ipsilateral of the experiment group was higher than the control group and there was significant difference in the two groups. However, CBF in contralateral of the experiment group was higher, while it was lower in the control group, in which there was significant difference in the two groups.â‘£MTT in two laterals of the experiment group was lower and it was higher in the control group and there was significant difference in the two groups.⑤Compared with before treatment, CBV in the two groups was higher and there was no difference in the two groups.â‘¥Lac in the two laterals of the experiment group was lower after treatment and there was no change in the control group and there was no difference in the two groups.⑦NAA was lower in the two groups, but there was no difference in the two groups.â‘§Cr was lower in the ipsilateral in the two groups and there was no difference in the two groups. Cr in the contralateral of the experiment group was higher, together with Cr in contralateral of the control group was lower, and there was no difference in the two groups.Conclusions:(1) Huk can improve the deficits of neurology.(2) Huk can ease edma. (3) Huk can dilate blood vessels, open occluded blood vessels, reconstruct cerebral vascular and improve blood flow. (4) Huk can prohibit neuros death, increase energy reserves through increasing the boold flow of the ipslateral. |
