Objective:To study the clinical effect of "Face Three Moxibustion "(implement moxibustion in a way similar to a bird’s pecking at tinghui,jiache,dicang)combined with acupuncture group and common acupuncture group in the Acute Phase of Interventional Treatment of Bell’s Paralysis,analyze the data and draw a conclusion,objective to discuss whether "Face Three Moxibustion" combined with acupuncture is more effective than common acupuncture in the treatment of acute Bell’s paralysis,and assessment of safety,to provide a reference method for clinical acupuncture and treatment of the disease.Methods:From March 2019 to January 2020,66 patients with facial paralysis were included in the outpatient clinic of acupuncture department of Mianyang traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.According to the order of visit,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group 33 cases,were treated with the "Face Three Moxibustion" combined with acupuncture group;the control group 33 cases were treated with the common acupuncture group.During the treatment period,2 patients failed to adhere to the treatment,the course of treatment was less than 50%,and they failed to evaluate the efficacy and safety,and the final effective cases were 64,32 in the treatment group and 32 in the control group.The treatment group was given acupoint acupuncture plus facial birdpecking moxibustion once a day;the control group only acupoint acupuncture treatment.6 days as a course of treatment,the course of rest 1 day,continuous treatment of 4 courses.After treatment,analysis of anterior and posterior nerve function grading,facial nerve function score and situation,using SPSS 25.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1.Baseline comparison: Age,sex,onset face,course of disease,facial nerve function score and grading of the two groups were statistically analyzed,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2.Comparison of facial nerve function score:(1)There was statistical significance in the treatment group after each course of treatment and before treatment(P<0.01).(2)In the control group,there was no statistical significance after the first course of treatment compared with before treatment(P>0.05),but there was statistical significance after the second,third and fourth courses of treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.01).(3)There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).3.Comparison of facial nerve function grading:(1)There was statistical significance in the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.01).(2)There was statistical significance in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.01).(3)There was statistical significance between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).4.Comparison of the number of cured patients and the number of cured treatment in each course of treatment:(1)After the treatment,there were 24 patients in the treatment group and 16 patients in the control group,there was no significant difference in the number of patients in each course of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)There was statistical significance between the two groups in days of treatment(P<0.05).5.Evaluation of overall curative effect:(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.88%,and that of the control group was 90.63%.There was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)the recovery rate of the treatment group was 75.00%,and that of the control group was 50.00%.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).6.Safety evaluation: there was no abnormal vital signs in the two groups after treatment,and the adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was 3.125%,which did not affect the treatment process and the analysis of the curative effect;there was no adverse reaction in the control group,and the adverse reaction rate was 0.00%.Conclusion:1.The "Face Three Moxibustion" combined with acupuncture group and the common acupuncture group in the acute phase of interventional treatment of Baer paralysis,can improve the facial nerve function of patients,improve the clinical symptoms of patients.2.The "Face Three Moxibustion" combined with acupuncture group and the common acupuncture group in the acute phase of interventional treatment of Bell palsy when the overall effect is the same.3.“Face Three Moxibustion” combined acupuncture-based treatment method obviously shortens the clinical course of disease and improves the recovery rate of disease during the observation period.4.Both groups had higher safety.
