Clinical Observation Of Baimaogen Decoction In The Treatment Of Bronchiectasis With Hemoptysis Based On The Theory Of "One Qi Circulation"

Objective: to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Baimaogen decoction in the treatment of bronchiectasis with hemoptysis combined with Huang Yuanyu’s theory of one Qi circulation,so as to provide a new way of diagnosis and treatment for the treatment of bronchiectasis with hemoptysis with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: A randomized,controlled clinical trial was used.A total of 58 patients with bronchiectasis with hemoptysis were collected from the Department of Respiratory Medicine,affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019.After signing informed consent,they were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 29)and control group(n = 29).The control group was given routine anti-infective,expectorant,hemostatic and other symptomatic treatment,while the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Baimaogen decoction on the basis of the control group.the course of treatment of the two groups was 2 weeks.The therapeutic indexes such as stopping time of hemoptysis,TCM syndrome score,total effective rate,serum inflammation index,and safety indexes such as vital signs,blood routine,liver function and renal function were observed in the two groups.The data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 statistical software.according to the type of data,T test,X2 test and rank sum test were used to get the corresponding P value.P < 0.05 was regarded as statistically significant.Results:1.Baseline: there was no significant difference in gender,age,body mass index(BMI),recent hemoptysis time,TCM syndrome differentiation and hemoptysis volume classification between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable.2.The stopping time of hemoptysis: after treatment,the time needed to stop hemoptysis in the test group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.3.TCM syndrome scores: there was no significant difference in the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).But the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups both decreased after treatment,and the scores in the test group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Total effective rate: after treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 92.86%,and that of the experimental group was 96.43%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).5.Serum inflammatory indexes(WBC、NEU%、ESR、CRP): there was no significant difference in serum inflammatory indexes between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Baimaogen decoction in the treatment of bronchiectasis with hemoptysis can effectively shorten the time of hemoptysis and improve the symptoms of cough,expectoration,chest tightness,hypochondriac pain,dry mouth and so on,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.
