| Objective:The incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer are among the highest in the world and in China.At present,radical surgery is still the first choice for colorectal cancer treatment.Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy can effectively reduce the recurrence rate and prolong survival.It is of great significance in the treatment of colorectal cancer.However,chemotherapy often comes with many complications.Among them,constipation is a common complication that seriously troubles patients and aggravates the psychological,physiological and economic burden of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in treating constipation.In view of the incidence of colorectal cancer,its harmfulness to humans,and the problems caused by constipation with adjuvant chemotherapy,patients with constipation associated with adjuvant chemotherapy associated with colorectal cancer were established as the research object.Clinical Effectiveness of Jianshengyangyiwei Decoction in the Treatment of Colorectal Cancer Adjuvant Chemotherapy-related Constipation.Methods:According to the randomized controlled principle of clinical trials,the clinical diagnosis of stage II and III colorectal cancer by Western medicine was selected,and all patients underwent surgical treatment and postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy with constipation.Seventy patients with TCM syndrome differentiation of spleen deficiency and dampness type were randomly divided.The control group and the treatment group,32 cases each.Control group: Oral polyethylene glycol 4000 powder(Bofu-Ipson Industrial Co.)10g,once a day,orally for 2 weeks.Treatment group:Oral addition or subtraction of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction-free decoction: Astragalus30 g,Atractylodes 15 g,Ginseng 15 g,Chenpi 10 g,Angelica 15 g,Cimicifuga 15 g,Bupleurum 10 g,Coptis 6g,Zexie 15 g,Poria 15 g,Windproof 15 g,Cricket life 15,solitary life 15 g,licorice 5g.The boiled water was dissolved in 150 ml three times a day and taken orally for two weeks.Record the number of weekly spontaneous defecation,fecal traits,Cleveland clinical scale,self-assessment scale for constipation patients,side effects of chemotherapy and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment.Results:1.Patients with constipation associated with adjuvant chemotherapy associated with colorectal cancer(spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation type)orally taking Shengyang Yiwei Decoction can effectively alleviate symptoms,reduce the symptom score of each group,and achieve the ideal therapeutic effect,with an effective rate of65.6%,higher than The control group was 25%,and P <0.05,which was statistically significant.2.In terms of constipation-related indicators,the number of spontaneous defecations per week,Bristol stool trait scale,Cleveland constipation score scale,and self-assessment scale for constipation patients in the treatment and control groups were greater than before treatment(p <0.05)..It can be considered that oral administration of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction and polyethylene glycol 4000 powder can improve spontaneous defecation frequency,fecal characteristics,defecation time,and defecation feeling.3.There was no statistical difference in the white blood cell count,hemoglobin concentration,platelet count,and nausea and vomiting on the first and third days of chemotherapy(P> 0.05).Diol 4000 powder had no obvious effect on improving the side effects after chemotherapy.Conclusion:Modified Shengyang Yiwei Decoction has obvious curative effect on adjuvant chemotherapy-related constipation(spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation type)of colorectal cancer,and has improved TCM clinical symptoms of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation type.And defecation can improve the quality of life of patients,and the price is low and the safety is high. |
