Objectives Based on the activation diffusion model in psychology,the author compiled and verified the evaluation materials of lexical conceptual semantic connection.Event-related potential(ERP)was used to evaluate the validity of defects in speech cognitive processing in schizophrenia.It can provide theoretical support for the early identification,objective diagnosis and evaluation of schizophrenia in the future.Methods Experiment 1: Two groups of subjects with matched demographic data were recruited,including 27 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.In the two groups,semantic distance was assigned to pairs of different semantic categories and lexical categories on a scale of 1?7,and repeated measurement variance analysis was performed on the semantic distance of the two groups,and correlation analysis was conducted with clinical symptomatology indicators and cognitive function scores.Experiment 2: The other two groups of subjects with matched demographic data were recruited,including 26 in the experimental group and 26 in the control group.EGI 128-led high density EEG acquisition equipment was used to collect and analyze the differences between the amplitude and latency indexes of evoked EEG N400 in different semantic and lexical categories between the two groups.Results Experiment 1: Semantic distance comparison results 1 The semantic distance of the experimental group(3.672±0.105)was lower than that of the control group(4.068±0.100),P=0.008;2 Under the condition of semantic uncorrelation,the semantic distance of specific words in the experimental group(5.578±1.080)was lower than that of specific words in the control group(6.384±0.633),P=0.01.The semantic distance of abstract word pairs in the experimental group(5.126±1.048)was lower than that in the control group(6.010±0.890),P=0.01.Correlation analysis results of semantic deviation and MCCB: 1 Under the condition of semantic correlation,the specific semantic deviation of the experimental group was negatively correlated with the total score of MCCB(r=-0.405,P=0.036)and speech learning(r=-0.569,P=0.002).Abstract semantic deviation is negatively correlated with speech learning(r=-0.429,P=0.026).2 Under the condition of semantic irrelevance,the specific semantic deviation was negatively correlated with the MCCB total score(r=-0.597,P=0.001),speech learning(r=0.399,P=0.039).Abstract semantic deviation was negatively correlated with the total score of MCCB(r=-0.593,P=0.001),speech learning(r=-0.285,P=0.050).Correlation analysis results of semantic deviation and PANSS: 1 Under the condition of semantic correlation,the abstract semantic deviation of the experimental group was positively correlated with its general symptom scale score(r=0.448,P=0.019).2 Under the condition of semantic irrelevance,the abstract semantic deviation was positively correlated with the total PANSS score(r=0.120,P=0.010),negative scale score(r=0.047,P=0.030)and general symptom scale score(r=0.306,P=0.010).The specific semantic deviation was positively correlated with the score of general symptom scale(r=0.238,P=0.045).Experiment 2: Reaction time result: 1 The reaction time of the experimental group(535.692±99.382 ms)was higher than that of the control group(520.887±99.382 ms),P=0.059.2 The processing time of abstract word pairs(536.484±94.051 ms)was higher than that of specific word pairs(520.095±94.098 ms),P=0.014;Accuracy result: 1 The accuracy of the experimental group(75.320±5.972)was lower than that of the control group(87.291±7.657),P=0.031.Correlation analysis results of reaction time,accuracy and MCCB,PANSS in the experimental group: MCCB correlation results: Reaction time:1 Under the condition of no correlation,the response time of specific words was negatively correlated with speech learning(r=-0.581,P=0.002).The response time of abstract words was negatively correlated with speech learning(r=-0.542,P=0.004).Accuracy:1 Under relevant conditions,the specific vocabulary accuracy is positively correlated with speech learning(r=0.503,P=0.008);The accuracy of abstract vocabulary was positively correlated with the total score of MCCB(r=0.393,P=0.047)and speech learning(r=0.473,P=0.015).PANSS correlation analysis results: 1 The accuracy of specific irrelevant word pairs was negatively correlated with the score of PANSS positive scale(r=-0.436,P=0.030).Incubation period results: CZ electrode: 1 The incubation period of the experimental group(436.196±7.841 ms)was longer than that of the control group(380.531±7.841 ms),P=0.001.CPZ electrode: 1 The incubation period of the experimental group(433.269±9.821 ms)was longer than that of the control group(382.423±9.821 ms),P=0.001.PZ electrode: 1 The incubation period of the experimental group(421.750±7.641 ms)was longer than that of the control group(386.404±7.641 ms),P=0.002.Amplitude results: CZ electrode: 1 The amplitude of the experimental group(-0.315±0.255 ?V)was lower than that of the control group(-1.465±0.255 ?V),P=0.002.CPZ electrode: 1.The amplitude of the experimental group(-0.191±0.280 ?V)was lower than that of the control group(-1.294±0.280 ?V),P=0.007.2 The amplitude of abstract words(-0.947±0.209 ?V)was higher than that of specific words(-0.539±0.208 ?V),P=0.003;PZ electrode: 1 The fluctuation amplitude of the experimental group(-0.108±0.304 ?V)was lower than that of the control group(-0.327±0.304 ?V),P=0.020.2 The amplitude of abstract words(-0.280±0.235 ?V)was higher than that of specific words(-0.061±0.224 ?V),P=0.042;3 The fluctuation amplitude of unrelated words(-0.923±0.245 ?V)was higher than that of related words(-0.743±0.224 ?V),P=0.001.Conclusions 1 The semantic connectivity of schizophrenics is defective.2 The semantic deviation of schizophrenics is correlated with cognitive function score and clinical symptom index.And semantic deviation can reflect the cognitive function index and clinical symptom index of schizophrenic patients.3 Compared with the control group,the N400 amplitude of semantic processing of words in schizophrenia patients decreased,the latency period increased,and the semantic processing was impaired.4 The cognitive function of schizophrenia is defective,and the cognitive impairment of patients with schizophrenia is consistent with its clinical symptomatology index.5 Processing abstract words requires more time and cognitive resources.Figure 7;Table
