Clinical Observation Of "Yiqi Jianpi Jieyu Decoction" In Treating Chronic Bronchial Asthma(Pulmonary And Spleen Qi Deficiency Type)with Depression

Objective: Observation of Yiqi Jianpi Jieyu Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic bronchial asthma(Pulmonary and Spleen Qi deficiency type)with anxiety and depression before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,single symptom score,curative effect,lung function,ACT score,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)Scores and changes in the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods: A total of 70 patients with bronchial asthma with anxiety and depression from the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to December 2019 were collected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.Of the 2 patients,2 were lost to follow-up,and 1 patient withdrew from the trial due to aggravation of the condition,and 67 patients were finally observed.The control group was given salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalation(Glaxo Smith Kline,specification 50 ug / 250ug),2 times a day,1 inhalation each time,and psychological counseling;the treatment group was given Yiqijian on the basis of the treatment of the control group Spleen Jieyu Decoction,1 dose per day,decoction 300 ml,150ml divided into morning and evening,treatment for 14 days.Observe the TCM syndrome score,single symptom score,curative effect,lung function,ACT score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),and safety indicators before and after medication.Results:1.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).2.The single symptom scores of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment(P <0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).3.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was significant after treatment.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%and that of the control group was 87.88%.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.The lung function of the two groups of patients has improved after treatment,there is a significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05),there is no significant difference between the groups after treatment(P> 0.05).5.The ACT scores of the two groups of patients decreased significantly after treatment(P <0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).6.The HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups of patients decreased significantly after treatment(P <0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).7.The safety indexes of blood routine,urine routine,liver function,kidney function and electrocardiogram of the two groups of patients before and after treatment have no obvious abnormal changes.Conclusion:1.Yiqi Jianpi Jieyu Decoction can improve TCM syndromes of patients with chronic bronchial asthma(Pulmonary and Spleen Qi deficiency type)with anxiety and depression.2.Yiqi Jianpi Jieyu Decoction can improve lung function in patients with chronic bronchial asthma(Pulmonary and Spleen Qi deficiency type)with anxiety and depression.3.Yiqi Jianpi Jieyu Decoction can improve the ACT score of patients with chronic bronchial asthma(Pulmonary and Spleen Qi deficiency type)with anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life of patients.4.Yiqi Jianpi Jieyu Decoction can improve the anxiety and depression state of patients with chronic bronchial asthma(Pulmonary and Spleen Qi deficiency type)with anxiety and depression state.5.Yiqi Jianpi Jieyu Decoction is safe and effective for patients with chronic bronchial asthma(Pulmonary and Spleen Qi deficiency type)withanxiety and depression.
