Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture Diji points combined with Shaofuzhuyu Decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea patients, and explore its theoretical basis. Methods:The patients that clinical diagnosed of primary dysmenorrhea in total 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). The treatment group accepted acupuncture Diji combined with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction:Acupuncture therapy:Shaofu Zhuyu Decoctionprescription:Cinnamon, dried, ginger, fennel, cattail pollen, trogopterus dung, corydalis tuber, myrrh,Chinses angelica, chuanxiong rhizome,Radix Paeoniae rubra. Extracted 250 ml from the waterdecoction, one medicine a day, for twice drink.Medication started 5 days before menstruation, and stopped at the third day of menstruation;after routine skin disinfection, filiform needle applied into Diji points with mild reinforcing-reducing method, after bringing about the desired sensation, retaining the needle for 40 minutes, begun 5 days before menstruation, stopped at the third day of menstruation. Controlgroup: treated with Indomethacin Suppositories, plugged into rectum1 days before menstruationor or when Symptoms appear, 1 tablets each time, once a day, all for 3 days or until symptoms relieved or disappeared; The two groups of patients treated for three natural menstrual cycle, during treatment discontinuation of other related drugs.Observed and analysed the pain scores 、TCM syndromes 、PGF2a before and after the treatment and explored the relationship between the age、condition、the course of disease of patients with curative effect. The data of measurement use t test, X2 test used for the count data, Ridit analysis used for the grade data.Result:1.Compared the total efficiency of the two groups, treatment group total effectiveness was 93.33%, the total effectiveness of the control group was 90%.statistical analysis by Ridit, P<0.01, the difference was statistically significant which shows that the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group.2.Compared the the degree of dysmenorrhea integral before and after treatment in two groups, by statistical analysis, after one menstrual cycle of treatment, P=0.611>0.05, there was no significant difference between the two groups; after 2 menstrual cycles of treatment, P=0.029<0.05, there was a significant difference between the two groups; after 3 months treatment P=0.00<0.01, there was a significant difference between the two groups. This means thatwith the increase of treatment time, two groups of patients with dysmenorrhea score difference became larger, and the effect was also more obvious.3.Compare the TCM symptoms of two groups patients, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.91%, the control group was 52.72%; by statistical analysis, P<0.01, the difference was very significant; therefore in relieveing clinical TCM symptoms the treatment group was better than that of control group.4.Compared the Change in PGF2 a values before and after treatment in two groups, through the statistical analysis, the treatment group and the control group can obviously reduce the plasma PGF2 a values, but the treatment group effect was more obvious.5.Analysis the relative factor showed that there was no significant effect on the efficacy between age,but heavier the condition, longer the duration, the effect would be more worse. Conclusion:Acupuncture machine points combined with Shaofuzhuyu Decoction for primary dysmenorrhea in improving clinical symptoms is worthy of recognition, and can significantly reduce the plasma PGF2 a numerical.
