The Clinical Observation On Jiawei Xiehuang Powder In The Treatment Of Recurrent Oral Ulcer Intense Heat In Heart-spleen Symptom

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Xiehuang Powder on patients with ROU intense heat in heart-spleen symptom,and to explore its clinical effect.Methods:A total of 30 patients with ROU intense heat in heart-spleen symptom were selected and treated with Jiawei Xiehuang Powder treatment for 5 days.The number of ulcers,ulcer diameter,pain index,average ulcer period and TCM syndrome scores of patients were recorded before and after treatment.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome and the local treatment effect of western medicine were evaluated.Spss22.0 software was used to analyze the dataResults:1.After 5 days of treatment of ROU intense heat in heart-spleen symptom with Jiawei Xiehuang Powder,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes reached 90.00%,and the total effective rate of Western medicine for local ulcer treatment is 93.33%.2.Jiawei Xiehuang Powder can effectively reduce the number of ulcers,shorten the diameter of ulcers,and reduce the pain of ulcers in the treatment of patients with ROU intense heat in heart-spleen symptom.Comparing the results before and after treatment shows that the conclusion of the study is statistically significant(P<0.05)3.Jiawei Xiehuang Powder can effectively shorten the average ulcer period of patients with ROU intense heat in heart-spleen symptom Comparing the results before and after treatment shows that the conclusion of the study is statistically significant(P<0.05)4.Jiawei Xiehuang Powder can effectively reduce TCM syndrome scores in patients with ROU intense heat in heart-spleen symptom.Comparing the results before and after treatment shows that the conclusion of the study is statistically significant(P<0.05)5.Safety analysis:No adverse reactions occurred during treatmentConclusion:Jiawei Xiehuang Powder has a definite therapeutic effect on the patients with ROU intense heat in heart-spleen symptom.It can obviously alleviate the pain of ulcer,reduce the number of ulcer,shorten the diameter of ulcer and shorten the average ulcer period,obviously alleviate the local symptoms of aphthous ulcer,and reduce TCM syndrome scores.
