Urban Community Health Resources Exploitation And Utilization Present Situation And Countermeasure Research In Hefei

Country attaches great importance to the health development of grassroots,grassroots health China construction is important position,to achieve health China strategy needs to rely on community health,the construction of the grass-roots and the participation of the masses of the people.Resources development and utilization of community health work is an important content of the construction of community health.This study by Hefei city as an example to carry out community health resources exploitation and utilization present situation research,understand the problem of the existence of the health resources.Objective Community health resources are important support conditions for the construction of healthy communities.What community health resources currently exist in China? How about the development and utilization of community health resources? What are the problems in the development and utilization of community resources? Conclusions can be drawn from the research on the development and utilization of community health resources.Methods(1)this research adopts the method of literature review to collect relevant concepts and the research and practice of community health resources,as the theoretical basis for this study;(2)we use insider interview method and questionnaire survey,to the development of urban community health resources utilization,demand and satisfaction;(3)survey data Epidata3.1 applied to build the database and input data,using SPSS21.0 questionnaire data statistics,letter validity inspection and analysis,We use TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method for overall evaluation of eight areas.Results(1)The community level: District community health resources utilization of supporting policies is not completive.Community of the resources development and utilization planning and design,organization and leadership and compensation incentive policy is less than 50%.Material construction and information construction of community health resources development and utilization as a whole is good,but the community sports venues free or low-cost community accounted is only 37.5%.To carry out health promotion,a healthy life,and in proportion to the community of the environmental governance are more than 90%.(2)Community Healthcare Service level: community health service centers of Reform incentive mechanism and supervision mechanism is below 50%.The community health service center of providing material for the work of community health resources development and utilization is more than 80%.The community health service centers are not a professional team of development and utilization of health resources.(3)the level of residents: Residents’ demand for various types of community health resources scored an average of 4.2 points.Demand in the top three in turn is healthy food,good natural environment and traffic safety.Different gender,age,education,household,income,and health conditions have an impact on demand.The satisfaction degree of the residents of community health resources scored an average of 3.97 points.Each entry score exactly in turn from high for the quality of health service attitude,health resources,health service frequency,types of health resources,environment,community health were 4.07 points,3.91 points,3.90 points,3.88 points,3.83 points.Different gender,income,and health have influence on satisfaction.Overall,the community residents of community health resources development and utilization of the highest satisfaction is D area,low comprehensive satisfaction of B area.Discussion and Suggestions(1)Community in resources development and utilization of community health work remains to be perfect on the supporting policies of the whole,there is a gap between districts.Community sports venues in open work to improve and lack of health instructor.(2)The community health service center management mechanism reform is insufficient,lack of funds and professional team support,there is a gap between districts.(3)the residents of community health resources demand price is high,but the resources development and utilization for community health related activities participation is low.Regional differences between satisfaction evaluation.Community should be united other departments and units to take effective measures to improve health resources utilization of satisfaction.(4)Advice: Government should formulate policies,strengthen human resources guarantee,investment in financial and material resources,establishing evaluation mechanism;Community should attach importance to the development and utilization of health resources,giving full play to the advantages of information,improve the mechanisms for coordinating work,form innovation activities,and meet the demand of residents;Community health service centers should strengthen the reform of management mechanism,establish a professional team,innovative work form,improve the residents’ satisfaction.
