Evaluation Index Selection Of Community Health Resources Development And Utilization Based On Social Ecology Theory

Health promotion needs to incorporate broader health determinants,such as healthy food,a good ecological environment and family and social support,and should shift from reliance on clinical treatment to an emphasis on the provision and use of community resources.Community residents participate in fitness,art clubs,the use of the school playground for physical exercise;Community rally resources:including the community school,public institutions and the society organizations to carry out the management of chronic diseases,such as the use of these all belong to the community health resources,its residents in improving health level plays an important role in the community health resources linked with primary health care is of great significance,can improve the efficiency and quality of disease prevention and control work.Taking urban community health as the entry point,this study aims to provide a standard and efficient working standard for the community,guide the community to develop and utilize community health resources in a standard and efficient way,and improve the health level of residents at the source by investigating the current situation of the development and utilization of community health resources and selecting evaluation indexes.Objective What are the current community health resources in China?What is the status of development and utilization?What dimensions should be exploited?Through to the resources development and utilization of community health assessment can answer those questions,with Social Ecology Theory(Social Ecology and found)as the foundation,combined with Chronic disease management extension Model(Expended Chronic Care Model,Expended CCM),from the supporting policies,creating an environment of support and promote community control,reform of management mechanism,refactoring service procedures,ensuring the resource requirements,transfer the patient to participate in,the construction of professionalteam,to promote community health nine dimensions design scale,To evaluate the present situation of community health resources development and utilization in China,and to put forward the strategies of community health resources development and utilization.Methods The preliminary dimensions and framework of this study were determined by literature review,and the evaluation indexes of community health resource development and utilization were mined by insider interview,so as to further verify and improve the completeness,scientificity,independence and importance of the indexes.On the basis of literature review and insider interview,Delphi method was used to select the indicators.Results(1)Based on the theory of social ecology and combined with the extended model of chronic disease management,this study formulated an evaluation scale framework for the development and utilization of community resources.The framework includes nine dimensions: formulating supporting policies,creating supporting environment,promoting community prevention and treatment,mobilizing patient participation,reforming management mechanism,reconstructing service procedures,ensuring resource demand,building professional team and promoting community health.(2)After many discussions with experts and interviews with insiders of grassroots health workers,the preliminary draft of the indicator system was proposed,including 9 first-level indicators,27 second-level indicators and 96third-level indicators.(3)Results of the first round of expert consultation: the positive coefficient of experts was 100%,the degree of authority of all 16 experts was above0.7,and the significance test of Kendall harmony coefficient showed that all p values were less than 0.05.The expert opinions were consistent.After a round of expert consultation,the indicators were screened and 9 first-level indicators,27 second-level indicators and 81 third-level indicators were determined.(4)The second round of expert consulting results: the positive coefficient of 100%,the degree of 16 experts are above 0.7,Kendall concordance coefficient of significance test,p values are lessthan 0.05,the experts to have consistency,two rounds of expert consultation,to screening of indicators,to eventually become the primary index 9,27 secondary indicators,81 tertiary indicators.Discussion and Suggestions Based on the literature review at home and abroad and the interview results of insiders,this paper summarizes the existing problems in the development and utilization of community health resources,and proposes strategies for the development and utilization of community resources,such as improving community policies,establishing professional teams,and building community new media platforms.
