Objective1.Based on the latest research results at home and abroad,Six areas of worklife scale(AWS)was introduced and revised in Chinese in combination with the cultural background of China.2.According to the influence mechanism model of authentic leadership on followers’ attitude and behavior, and following the thought of "cause intermediary reaction",this paper investigates the current situation of nurses’ perception of authentic leadership, personal job matching, job satisfaction and job burnout, and explores the relationship between the perception of authentic leadership and its related factors.Methods1.The English version of AWS was translated, retranslated, culturally debugged, revised and pre tested by Brislin translation model(two person translation back translation method).Through the investigation of 500 nurses who met the inclusion criteria, the Chinese version of AWS was analyzed by SPSS 22.0 and Amos 22.0.2.Using convenient sampling method,1406 nurses from three Grade-A general hospitals in Qingdao were selected as the research objects. The general information questionnaire, authentic leadership scale, areas of worklife scale, job satisfaction scale and job burnout scale were used to investigate.Adopt SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to process the data. The general demographic data was described by frequency and composition ratio; The level of perceived true leadership of nurses was described by median and quartile; The total scores of areas of worklife, job satisfaction and job burnout as well as the scores of all dimensions were described by means of mean and standard deviation;T-test or one-way ANOVA of independent samples were used to compare the scores of nurses with different characteristics in perceived authentic leadership level, personal job matching, job satisfaction and job burnout;Spearman correlation and Spearman correlation and Pearson correlation were used to analyze the correlation between perceived authentic leadership level of nurses and areas of worklife, job satisfaction and job burnout. The sequential test was used to further analyze the relationship between perceived authentic leadership level of nurses, areas of worklife and job satisfaction, and the relationship between perceived authentic leadership level of nurses, areas of worklife and job burnout.Results1.The decision value CR of all items of AWS in Chinese version is between 11.958~ 42.776,and the correlation coefficient r value is 0.561~0.819.Common factor the variance contribution rate was 65.979%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fitness was good.2.The scores of perceived authentic leadership level of nurses were 4.63(4.00,5.00),transparency 4.80(4.00,5.00),moral-ethical perspective 5.00(4.00,5.00),balanced processing 5.00(4.00,5.00),self-awareness 4.75(4.00,5.00).Univariate analysis showed that age, education background, working years, professional title and employment nature had significant difference in the scores of perceived authentic leadership(P < 0.05).The total score of nurses’ individual work matching was(3.65 ± 0.41),and the scores of each dimension were: workload(3.68 ± 0.52),control(3.66 ± 0.69),reward(3.74 ± 0.46),community(4.18 ± 0.62),fairness(3.50 ± 0.72),values(3.68 ± 0.52).Single factor analysis showed that gender and department had statistical significance in workload score;age, marital status, working years, professional title, nature of employment and monthly income had statistical significance in reward;age, education, marital status, working years, professional title, nature of employment and monthly income had statistical significance in fair score;working years The difference in values scores was statistically significant. The total score of job satisfaction was(3.54 ± 0.45),the scores of each dimension were internal satisfaction(3.46 ± 0.43),general satisfaction(3.90 ± 0.63),and external satisfaction(3.54 ± 0.60).Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in job satisfaction scores between education background and employment nature. The total score of job burnout was(2.36 ± 0.76),the scores of each dimension were emotional exhaustion(2.60 ± 0.82),depersonalization(2.00 ± 1.29),and low sense of achievement(2.42 ± 1.30).Single factor analysis showed that age, marital status, working years and professional titles had significant differences in job burnout scores.3.Nurses perceived authentic leadership level was positively correlated with areas of worklife, positively correlated with job satisfaction and negatively correlated with job burnout;areas of worklife was positively correlated with job satisfaction and negatively correlated with job burnout. The results of multiple stepwise regression showed that the balance processing in the level of perceived authentic leadership, the autonomy, fairness, team atmosphere and values in individual work matching could positively affect the job satisfaction of nurses, and areas of worklife played an intermediary role;Self-awareness,team atmosphere, workload and autonomy could negatively affect nurses’ job burnout, and areas of worklife plays an intermediary role.Conclusions1.The areas of worklife scale for nurses has good reliability and validity, which can be used as a tool to measure the matching degree between nurses and current work.2.Nurses’ perceived authentic leadership level is at a high level, areas of worklife is at a medium level, job satisfaction and job burnout are at a medium level, among which areas of worklife, job satisfaction and job burnout have a greater room for improvement. The level of perceived authentic leadership of nurses is closely related to the matching degree between nurses and work, which has a positive impact on job satisfaction and a negative impact on job burnout, and can indirectly affect the job satisfaction and job burnout of nurses through areas of worklife.
