Clinic Observation On The Treatment Of Vascular Parkinson’s Syndrome With Acupuncture Method Of Removing Blood Stasis To Free The Collateral Vessels And Quenching Wind And Alleviating Chatter Amplitude

Objective:To explore the effect of "removing blood stasis to free the collateral vessels,quenching wind and alleviating chatter amplitude" acupuncture method on Vascular Parkinsonism Syndrom,and we want to find a more effective clinical method for this disease.Methods:A total of 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group("removing blood stasis to free the collateral vessels,quenching wind and alleviating chatter amplitude" acupuncture group)and the control group(the normal acupuncture group),and30 cases in each group.2 cases were lost in the control group,because they can not adhere the treatment due to work.The treatment group selected Touwei,Wangu,Taiyang,Waiguan,Baihui,Sishencong,Fengchi and Hegu.Touwei and Baihui were used twirling invigoration method for 2-3 minutes.We also used large-amplitude lifting-thrusting invigoration method in Waiguan and Hegu which was applied for 3-5 times.The rest of the acupoints were treated with neutral reinforcing and reducing methods.The control group selected Quchi,Yanglingquan,Taichong,Baihui,Sishencong,Fengchi and Hegu.The neutral reinforcing and reducing methods was adopted on those acupoints.The needles were kept for 50 min at a time,once a day.Each course lasted for 7 days,and the treatment sustained 4 courses in total.The therapeutic effect was evaluated with Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale Part Ⅲ,Activity of Daily Living Scale,and modified Hoehn-Yahr grading in this research.Results:1.After treatment,the UPDRS score and the ADL score were lower than before.According to statistical analysis within and between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the decrease of the score in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group.2.After treatment,it was found that the H-Y grade of the treatment group was decreased.According to statistical analysis,we knew that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And there was no significant decrease in H-Y grade in the control group(P>0.05).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 67.86%,P=0.049<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The two treatment methods had clear improvement effect on the clinical symptoms of patients who suffer from Vascular Parkinson’s syndrome,but the effect of "removing blood stasis to free the collateral vessels,quenching wind and alleviating chatter amplitude " acupuncture method was more obvious,which can be referenced in clinical practice.
