Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome By Damping Elimination,Removing Blood Stasis And Dredging Collateral

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the method of damping elimination,removing blood stasis and dredging collateral in the treatment of male chronic pelvic pain syndr-ome,and to explore the mechanism of jingzhuotongling Decoction in the treatment of mal-e chro-nic pelvic pain syndrome.Methods:Sixty patients who meet the study criteria are screened and divided into trea-tment group(Jingzhuotonglin Decoction group)and control group(Qianlieshutong Capsu-le group)on average according to the principle of random parallel control.Observe and a-nalyze the changes of symptoms of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment.Based on th-e network pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine compound,Probe into the mecha-nism of jingzhuotongling Decoction in the treatment of male chronic pelvic pain syndrom-e preliminarily.Results: After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical effects of TCM and western medicine in the two groups are as follows: the overall effective rates of the treatment group are 86.67% and 83.33%,respectively,and the total effective rates of the control group are 82.14%and 75.00%,respectively.The efficacy of Jingzhuotonglin Decoction may be mainly achie-ved byquercetin,luteolin,protein binding,enzyme binding,kaempferol,protein heterodim-erization activity,cancer pathway,AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications,etc.Conclusion: The overall clinical efficacy of drugs in the treatment group is better than that in the control group.The treatment of diseases by jingturbidity tonglin decoction is a complex network mechanism with multiple functions,multiple targets and multiple pathways.
