Research On The Development Strategy Of The Elderly Care Service In Guangzhou

In order to cope with the aging society,the pilot work of long-term care insurance led by the government was started in 15 pilot cities in 2016.Guangzhou is the only pilot city of long-term care insurance in Guangdong Province.As a new model of combining medical care with elderly care,the long-term care insurance model began to pilot the long-term care insurance institutional model and the long-term care insurance home-based model in 2017.Before the pilot of long-term care insurance,many cities in China have carried out the exploration of the mode of combining medical care with pension with local characteristics,and the two old modes of family sickbed and elderly care area explored earlier in Guangzhou are also being implemented at the same time.At present,the old and new four modes are parallel in Guangzhou.Although the old mode is not the key development direction of the government,it has accumulated a lot of experience with local characteristics after a long time of exploration.However,the new mode,as the mode promoted by the government,is not perfect in policy and the implementation effect is not ideal,which is mainly expressed in the narrow scope of policy guarantee and the old is not taken into account in the process of policy change People's real needs and experience of the old model.This paper mainly analyzes the general situation of the old and new four modes of medical care combined with pension in Guangzhou,and compares the economic benefits of services,so as to understand the policy implementation and advantages and disadvantages of the new and old four modes.Then through the elderly service satisfaction survey of the elderly who have enjoyed the combination of medical and nursing mode,to understand the overall satisfaction of the elderly to different modes,and further explore the factors that affect the overall satisfaction of different modes,as well as the influencing factors of the overall satisfaction.Therefore,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of the new model of medical care combined with pension service and the development of medical care combined with pension policy in Guangzhou.It is found that the implementation of the new and old models is quite different,with advantages and disadvantages.The government focuses on the development of the new model.The old model has not been further promoted or even shrunk.The personal expenditure of the old model is lower than that of the new model,the lowest of which is the family sickbed model.Based on the understanding of the policies of the old and the new four modes,a questionnaire on the service quality of the combination of medical care and pension for the elderly was designed.Through the cooperation with the policy department,the resident staff of the commercial insurance institution distributed 235 questionnaires to the old and the new four modes of combination of medical care and pension for the elderly in Guangzhou and assisted them to fill out 235 questionnaires in the whole process,with a recovery rate of 100%,including 235 valid questionnaires and questionnaires The effective rate is 100%.The questionnaire data were analyzed by variance analysis,correlation analysis and logistic regression analysis.In terms of satisfaction,the old model has higher overall satisfaction than the new model,which is related to different models;10 variables,including equipment,living environment,health status,diet,doctor technology,nurse technology,nursing staff technology,doctor attitude,nurse attitude,and satisfaction with nursing staff attitude,have an impact on service quality;model,age,pension income,how many kinds of Chronic diseases and daily self-care affect the overall satisfaction of the elderly care service.According to the conclusion of this paper,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of medical and pension services in Guangzhou.
