A Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Elderly's Willingness To Provide For The Aged Under The Background Of The Combination Of Medical And Health Care

In this paper,the author mainly discusses the influencing factors of the elderly's willingness to live in the "combination of medical care and nursing" service institutions in Shenyang under the background of the combination of medical care and nursing.This paper introduces the basic status quo of the development of the combination of medical care and nursing institutions in Shenyang and four modes of combination of medical care and nursing in detail.The author obtains the specific data of relevant research through field visits.In this paper,descriptive statistical analysis,interactive analysis and logistic regression analysis are used.The author first uses descriptive statistical analysis method to study the characteristics of the sample,on this basis,the use of SPSS24.0 for interactive analysis and logistics regression analysis,and finally based on the results of empirical research,according to local conditions,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of the elderly care institutions in Shenyang and the willingness of the elderly to stay.This paper consists of six parts: in the first part,the author introduces the research background and the significance,content and methods of this topic.At the end of the introduction,it summarizes the innovation and shortcomings of this study.The second part mainly defines the concept,introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of the combination of medical and nursing.The third part introduces the current situation of medical and nursing services in Shenyang and the four business models of medical and nursing institutions in Shenyang.The fourth part is mainly about the research and design of influencing factors of the elderly's willingness to provide for the aged in Shenyang.Based on the theme of this study,the questionnaire design focuses on the factors that affect the elderly's willingness to care for the elderly.Finally,the questionnaire design is introduced in detail,which further confirms the authenticity and reliability of this study.In the fifth part,the author makes descriptive analysis based on the specific field survey data.The influencing factors of the elderly living in the elderly care institutions are divided into four categories: individual characteristic factors,family factors,cognitive factors and social factors.Four indicators are used for interaction analysis and logistic regression analysis.In the sixth part,based on the results of empirical research,combinedwith the real needs and actual situation of the elderly in Shenyang,policy recommendations are put forward according to local conditions.
