Research On The Construction Of "Combination Of Doctors And Nurses" Based On The Needs Of Rural Elderly

With the rural surplus labor force migrant workers,resulting in rural "living alone" "empty nest elderly" phenomenon is increasing,which caused the rural elderly to the pension,especially in the pension institutions have a higher demand and desire.In addition,most of the elderly because of age and cognitive growth and physiological function of the recession,physical aging will induce a variety of degenerative chronic diseases,and chronic diseases if there is no scientific and rational management will cause sudden illness,life threatening.A variety of conditions show that China's rural medical services for the elderly growing demand,but the relative rural sanitation facilities are not perfect,rural secondary health institutions for various reasons,the utilization rate is not high.In this paper,the rural elderly demand as a starting point,to explore the rural elderly different service will be on the medical service,but also in the rural areas,And to explore the construction standards of the rural "medical union" institutions,and to provide some constructive suggestions for the promotion of rural health care combined with the old-age model.This article will be rural elderly services needed to be divided into life care services,medical services,spiritual comfort services in three areas.The construction needs of "medical union" pension institutions are divided into three aspects: the demand of the surrounding environment,the demand for the staffing of the organization,and the demand for the hardware facilities of the organization.Based on the related literature,this paper constructs the research model of this paper,and puts forward five research hypotheses.On this basis,the questionnaire of this paper is designed.The contents of the questionnaire can be expressed by six subscales,namely,life care service demand scale,medical Service demand scale,mental comfort service demand scale,institutional needs of the surrounding environment,the staff needs of the allocation of the table,the demand for institutional hardware facilities table.In this paper,the questionnaire was used to collect the data,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed.Finally,the single factor analysis of variance(ANOVA)was used to test the hypothesis.The results showed that the research hypothesis was established.This shows that the rural elderly demand for services will affect the difference between the needs of medical institutions combined with institutions.The significance of studying these differences is based on the different needs of the elderly to build and improve the rural health care institutions,so as to meet the needs of more rural elderly pension,to avoid inter-ethnic friction and contradiction between the rural elderly to create a Happy old age life.
