Research On The Satisfaction Of Elderly Care Service In Medical-nursing Combined Institutions

The elderly care and medical service needs grow rapidly,but China's supply of such services is sufficient.In recent years,with the continuous promotion of national policies and the rapid development of medical care and nursing institutions in various regions,The supply of nursing care in China has received unprecedented attention?The essence and ultimate goal of the nursing service is to provide the public with efficient and high-quality public services.The combination of medical service and elderly care has become the national strategy for coping with the aging of China,and these type of institutions have become the main carrier to integrate medical resource and elderly care resource.Based on the management philosophy "no measurement,no management",the related literature of recent ten years and referring to the model of typical customer satisfaction at home and abroad,this paper explores the factors that affect the satisfaction of the elderly in medical and nursing institutions,Exploring Factors Influencing the Satisfaction of the Elderly with Medical and Institutional Bodies,with carefully selected,constructing model of service satisfaction of nursing service in combination with medical institutions and designing a scale.Take 14 medical and nursing pension institutions of Shijiazhuang as the research object,by means of questionnaires to collect data for statistical analysis.The main research contents and contributions are as follows:First of all,From the research background of the medical-nursing combination model,the purpose of this study is proposed.Reference to the relevant literature,the current situation of the research at home and abroad are analyzed.This paper elaborates the related concepts of medical support and traditional pension institutions,and explains the theoretical basis of Maslow's hierarchy of needs and customer satisfaction theory to provide a theoretical basis for further empirical research.Draw lessons from the domestic and international customer satisfaction model and related literature on the customer satisfaction factors of expression,screening for the study satisfaction factors.Applying the structural equation model,we establish the satisfaction model of pension service of medical and health care institutions,and put forward the relevant assumptions.Apply SPSS,AMOS and other statistical software to empirically test the model,get the structural equation and measurement equation,and use the result of the evaluation to analyze,come to the conclusion of the paper ?This article believes that it is necessary to strengthen the docking of medical services,use the system to open communication channels,cultivate professional nursing personnel,and fundamentally improve the maturity of the organization.
