Objective:Analyze the clinical distribution characteristics, clinical stage and pathological classification of lung cancer patients hospitalized in the First People’s Hospital of Jining City, discuss the risk factors of lung cancer, and provide theoretical support for the prevention and treatment of lung cancer. Methods:Collected from the First People’s Hospital of Jining from 2014 to 2017,the pathological results of pleural effusion or sputum exfoliation cytology, percutaneous lung biopsy, lymph node biopsy, fibrobronchoscope lavage and biopsy, surgical histopathology, and thoracoscopy were confirmed as The case data of inpatients with lung cancer in this city were analyzed based on gender, age, smoking history, history of lung-related diseases, history of first-degree relative lung cancer, time of first diagnosis, clinical stage, and pathological type.Results:2289 cases of lung cancer patients of Jining origin diagnosed for the first time, including 1,626 males and 663 females, and the number of lung cancer patients has increased year by year in recent years;the distribution of lung cancer patients varies by age,and the proportion of the number of patients aged 60 years to the age group The most;most patients were already in stageⅢ and Ⅳ at the first diagnosis, accounting for 64.05%.The pathological types were mainly adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and small cell lung cancer,of which 1020 cases(45.23%)were adenocarcinoma, followed by 666cases(29.53%)of squamous cell carcinoma, and 427 cases(18.94%)of small cell lung cancer;male The patients were mainly squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma, accounting for 38.04% and 34.87% respectively, and the women were mainly adenocarcinoma, accounting for 70.88%.The risk factors of patients with different pathological types of lung cancer were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis. The risk of squamous cell carcinoma is 4.707 times that of women(OR = 4.707,95% CI: 3.222 ~ 6.876);with increasing age,the proportion of lung adenocarcinoma shows a downward trend, and squamous cell carcinoma shows an upward trend.Among the 2289 confirmed cases,1422 were smokers, accounting for 62.12%.Further analysis found that the proportion of squamous cell carcinoma among smokers was relatively high, accounting for 39.34%,and adenocarcinoma among non-smoking patients was higher, accounting for 67.16%.Regression analysis showed that smoking patients had a 2.5 times higher risk of developing squamous cell carcinoma than adenocarcinoma. The study also found that the history of non-neoplastic lung disease and the history of first-degree relative lung cancer were correlated with the incidence of lung cancer. Conclusion:From 2014 to 2017,the number of lung cancer patients in the First People’s Hospital of Jining City showed an upward trend. The number of male patients is higher than that of female patients. The types of lung cancer are mainly adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and small cell lung cancer.Among them, squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma arepredominant in men,and adenocarcinoma is predominant in women;there are differences in the distribution of pathological types among patients of different genders, ages, and smoking history;Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary fibrosis and other chronic diseases and the history of first-degree relatives of lung cancer are considered to be high-risk factors leading to lung cancer.
