| Research purposes:This topic under the guidance of the theory of double heart medicine,on the basis of conventional treatment of heart failure,using flavored xiaoyao powder in patients with chronic heart failure patients with disorder of depression,through the observation and comparison merge depression in patients with heart failure cardiac function indexes,the antidepressant effect of index,the change of TCM symptoms and quality of life index,discussion of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic heart failure patients with depressive disorder with an effective way.Research methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure complicated with depression who met the requirements of the study were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the treatment group,with 40 patients in each group.Treatment group:on the basis of conventional standardized treatment of heart failure combined with jiawei xiaoyao powder oral.Control group: on the basis of conventional standardized treatment for heart failure,oral administration of haloperidol-ton meritracine tablets was used.The treatment courses of the two groups were unified for three months,and the changes of physical and chemical indicators of cardiac function,evaluation scores of depression disorders,scores of various TCM symptoms and scores of various dimensions in the quality of life evaluation tables of the two groups were observed and recorded before and after treatment,and the collected research data were statistically processed and analyzed.Research Results:1.Two groups of cardiac function in patients with depression evaluation for physical and chemical indicators,integral aspect: two groups after treatment in patients with BNP index,PHQ-9 points,SSS points from the previous significant decline,a very significant difference(P < 0.01),and the BNP index of the treatment group after treatment,the PHQ-9 points decline significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.01),treatment group after treatment of SSS score decreased significantly better than that of control group(P <0.01).However,there was no significant change in LVEF index after treatment in both groups(P > 0.05),showing no statistical significance.2.Scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups: In the control group,heart palpitations,chest tightness after symptomatic treatment of significant points are falling,very significant difference(P<0.01),shortness of breath,cough,sigh,fatigue weakness,abdominal distension,floating face limb swelling after symptomatic treatment of integral are declined earlier,significant difference(P<0.05);the treatment group,heart palpitations,chest tightness,shortness of breath,cough,sigh,fatigue weakness,abdominal distension,floating face limb swelling after symptomatic treatment of significant points are falling,the very significant difference(P<0.01),And treatment group after treatment of heart palpitations,chest tightness,sigh,fatigue weakness,abdominal distension symptoms integral decreased significantly better than that of control group(P<0.01),treatment group after treatment of shortness of breath,cough symptoms integral extent is better than that of control group(P<0.05),but the two sets of cold symptoms after treatment in patients and cold limbs integral of no significant change(P>0.05),before and after treatment in two groups of patients floating face limb swelling symptoms integral compared with no significant difference(P>0.05).3.Quality of life scale assessment of the two groups of patients: the quality of life of the two groups after treatment in patients with each dimension table points from the previous significant decline,a very significant difference(P<0.01),and after treatment the treatment group’s body,and emotional dimension score decreased significantly better than that of control group(P<0.01),treatment group after treatment of other dimensions scores decline degree is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Research Conclusion:1.Jiawei xiaoyao powder can further improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure and depression disorder,and it can also promote the improvement of cardiac function.2.Jiawei xiaoyao powder can significantly improve depression in patients with heart failure and improve their quality of life.3.The application of jiawei xiaoyao powder in patients with heart failure and depression is safe.4.This study reflects the unique advantages of holistic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,which is worthy of popularization and application. |
