Modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction In Treating Liver-stomach Disharmony Clinical Observation On Refractory Sexual Dyspepsia

Objective : The purpose of this project is to observe the clinical effect of modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction on refractory functional dyspepsia of liver-stomach disharmony type,and to evaluate the clinical effect of modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction on functional dyspepsia of liver-stomach disharmony type by comparing the therapeutic effect,symptom score,psychological state evaluation and other related data changes of patients.Methods: A total of 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria for functional dyspepsia of liver and stomach disaccord were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table.Each group of 30 patients was given Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction orally,1 daily,and the control group was given doperidone tablets,10 mg each time,3 times a day.Pantoprazole sodium enteric capsule,40 mg each time,1treatment cycle per day for 4 weeks before and after treatment to observe the changes of efficacy index symptom score anxiety and depression scale and symptom score index in the two groups after treatment for 8 weeks.Results: 1.Symptoms of western medicine :(1)in terms of curative effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and that of the control group was 73.33%,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better(p < 0.05).(2)there was no significant difference between the two groups before the treatment of western medicine symptom total score(p > 0.05).After the treatment,the total score of western medicine symptom in both groups was lower than that before,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(p < 0.05).(3)in terms of single symptom scores in western medicine,the scores of both groups decreased after treatment compared with before,and the scores of post-meal fullness and discomfort and middle and upper abdomen burning sensation in the treatment group decreased more significantly than those in the control group(p < 0.05).2.TCM syndromes :(1)the total effective rate in the treatment group was93.33%;The total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05).(2)the total score of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased after treatment compared with before treatment(p < 0.05),and the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(p < 0.05).(3)the scores of individual symptoms of TCM in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment.the scores of symptoms of epigastric fullness,emotional failure induced or aggravated,dry mouth and bitter taste,impatience and irritability in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).3.Psychological state: in terms of the scores of anxiety and depression scale,the scores of anxiety and depression in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(p < 0.05).4.Follow-up was conducted 8 weeks after the end of treatment,and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 10.71%.The recurrence rate of the control group was 27.27%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05).5.Safety: there were no abnormal safety indexes and no adverse reactions in the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusions: The modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction is superior to the control group in the overall efficacy,improvement of clinical symptoms and reduction of recurrence in the treatment of refractory functional dyspepsia of liver-stomach disharmony.Therefore,Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction is worthy of further promotion and application in the treatment of refractory functional dyspepsia with liver-stomach disharmony.
