| The current medical and health service model in my country is difficult to meet the health needs of the people,and family doctors have more significant effects in disease prevention,rehabilitation and health care,and saving medical resources.In 2009,Shenzhen took the lead in implementing the "Family Doctor Responsibility System”pilot project in the country by relying on the community health service center.Since the implementation of the family doctor contract service,a series of measures have been taken in various places,but the residents’ feelings are not high.Therefore,the typical urban area is selected for research,the family doctor policy is systematically analyzed,the status of the contract service is investigated and analyzed,and comprehensive and feasible suggestions are proposed.Theoretical value and practical significance.In this paper,through a systematic review of the contracted service policies and implementation status of Yantian District in Shenzhen from 2009 to 2018,combined with the data method,survey method and comparative research method,a comprehensive evaluation of the contracted service status of family doctors in Yantian District,Shenzhen was formed.The study found that the family doctor contract service in Yantian District,Shenzhen has the following problems:low utilization rate of family doctor contract service,mismatch of family doctor responsibilities,and shortage of execution resources for family doctor contract service.The crux of the above problems is:the grading diagnosis and treatment system is not perfect,the family doctor training is not valued,and the medical resources are not properly allocated.According to the results of the survey and analysis,from the perspective of public products and new public services,drawing on domestic and foreign experience,strengthening the shortcomings,making the following targeted recommendations for the implementation of the contracted services of future family doctors in Yantian District,Shenzhen:establishing a sound grading system,doing Family doctor team building and optimization of medical resource allocation. |
