Objective: Through acupoint application for functional dyspepsia, compare the clinical efficacy of single-point and He-Mu-point for functional dyspepsia, observe whether there is a difference in efficacy between the single-point group and the He-Mu-point group, and further clarify whether the He-Mu-point group are better than the single-point group. Methods: Taking 72 patients with functional dyspepsia meeting the criteria for inclusion in clinical diagnosis and treatment as the research object, the patients were divided into a single-point group and a He-Mu-point group using a random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. Before and after treatment,Nepean Dyspasia Symptom Index(NDSI),Nepean Dyspepsia Life Quality Index(NDLQI),Symptom Index of Dyspepsia(SID),the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),the Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Overall Treatment Effect rating scale(OTE)were evaluated respectively, and the levels and values of the two were compared.Results:1.62 patients completed the clinical treatment of this trial.2.Evaluation of clinical efficacy of two groups of dressing schemes for functional dyspepsia.(1)Comparison in the group before and after treatment: The SID,NDSI,SAS,and SDS scores of patients in the two groups of acupoint application schemes were significantly reduced, and the scores of NDLQI and its various fields were significantly increased. The comparisons before and after the above scores were statistically significant(p<0.05).(2)Comparison between the groups before and after treatment: The single-point and HeMu-point groups were not statistically significant in the scores before the treatment(p>0.05).After the two groups of acupoint application schemes, patients with post-prandial abdominal discomfort improved Value,NDSI score improvement value, average NDLQI score,as well as improvement in cognitive area and food area were statistically significant(p<0.05),and improvement in interference area, sleep area,SAS,and SDS were not statistically significant(p>0.05).(3)After treatment, the total effective rate of the He-Mu-point group was 90.63%,and the single-point group was 80.00%.There is a statistically significant difference in the overall efficacy of the He-Mu-point and acupoint groups(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.The application both of the single-point group and the He-Mu-point group is effective in treating functional dyspepsia, but the He-Mu-point group has better performance than the single-point group in terms of overall efficacy, clinical symptoms, and improvement in quality of life.2.The He-Mu-point group is better than the single-point group in improving cognitive control, food feild, and postprandial abdominal discomfort, but in other areas and improving bad mood, early satiety, upper abdominal pain, and upper abdominal burning No significant difference. This shows that co-recruiting and acupuncture points have a synergistic effect on the improvement of overall efficacy,NDSI score, and NDLQI score, and there is no synergistic effect on emotional state and related symptoms.
