Research About The Influence On Gallbladder Contraction Function With Acupuncturing Yanglingquan Point, Dannang Point And The Non-acupoint Point

Objective:This study used color Doppler ultrasound of gallbladder morphology imaging test results for the objective indicators, under the combined Yanglingquan point, Dannang point and the Non-acupoint point of cholecystokinin function in patients with chronic cholecystitis immediate effect, compare the differences of the three, at the same time emphasize the correct point selection for clinical and research-specific effect of acupoints objective basis. Methods: This study observed 90 cases of chronic cholecystitis patients, according to the order of treatment were randomly divided into 3 groups, respectively Yanglingquan acupuncture points, Dannang points and the Non-acupoint points, and record the immediately various index before the acupuncture and after the acupuncture respectively. Results: 1. Yanglingquan points of the difference before and after the acupuncture group compared with the very significant difference (P<0.01). 2. Dannang point group of acupuncture points with acupuncture earlier cholecystokinin indicators are statistically significant, there is a very significant difference (P<0.01), with Yanglingquan point group there were no significant differences (P>0.05). 3. Points compared with the gallbladder, gallbladder biggest difference compared cross-sectional area were significantly different (P<0.05), common bile duct diameter compared with the margin very significant difference (P<0.01), gallbladder wall thickness changes in the rate of non-cholecystokinin statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion: 1. Yanglingquan point, Dannang point are so that patients with chronic cholecystitis cholecystokinin effects of acupuncture, the effects of Dannang point Yanglingquan points with considerable effect. 2. By the non-acupoint points in patients with chronic cholecystitis cholecystokinin no regulatory role.
