Objective: From the perspective of depression patients,this study analyzes the status of social support and the life quality of patients with depression through a questionnaire survey of patients with depression,further knowing more about the health status of patients with depression and exploring its influencing factors,thereby providing a reference in order to develop nursing measures and improve the social support and life quality of depression patients.Methods: A questionnaire survey was used in this study.General information questionnaires,quality of life questionnaires(QOL-BREF),and social support questionnaires(SSRS)were distributed for patients with depression.The patients' quality of lives and social support were evaluated,and their influencing factors were analyzed.This study used Excel and SPSS22.0 for statistical description and statistical analysis of related data.By employing independent samplet test,one-way analysis of variance to compare differences between different variables,use Pearson correlation analysis to study the relationship between quality of life and social support,and use multivariate linearity Regression analysis explored the factors that affected patients' quality of life.Results:1.In this study,168 patients with depression were investigated.The total quality of life was(56.54±6.99)points,and the score range was 42.06~70.51.The quality of life was low.The total score of social support is(34.24±6.32)points,with a score range of 15 to 49 points,and the level of social support is low.2.In terms of dimensions of life quality and total score,factors with statistically significant univariate analysis(P<0.05)are: gender,marital status,work status,living status,disease knowledge,monthly disposable income,incidence frequency and the degrees of depression.In terms of the dimensions and total scores of social support,single-factor analysis with statistically significant(P<0.05)factors are: age,marriage,different cultural levels,work status,living conditions,medical payment methods,disease knowledge,monthly Disposable income and frequency of illness.3.All dimensions of quality of life,total score and total score of social support are positively correlated,and the correlation coefficients are: 0.805,0.844,0.812,0.710,0.667,0.868.4.The results of multiple linear regression analysis that affected patients' total quality of life showed that work status,number of episodes,and social support were independent factors affecting the quality of life of patients with depression.Together they stated that the rate of interpretation of quality of life behavior was 77.7%.Conclusion: Depression patients have a lower quality of life and social support level.Social support is positively related to the dimensions and total score of quality of life.The better the social support,the higher the quality of life level.social support,Work status and number of episodes are independent factors affecting the quality of life of patients with depression.
