Study On The Factors Influencing The Quality Of Life And Social Support Of Male Drug Dependent In Forced Drugs

Objective: To investigate the quality of life and social support of drug addicts by comprehending the quality of life and social support during drug addiction treatment by drug dependence,and to understand the status of social support of drug dependence and to forge the quality of life during drug treatment,and to explore its influencing factors to improve drug dependence To force the isolation of life during the quality of life and social support for the development of interventions to provide basic information.Methods: Quality of Life Instruments for Chronic Diseases for Drug Addicts(QLICD-DA)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used to investigate the subjects.The results were analyzed by rank sum test,multiple linear regression,Spearman rank correlation analysis,structural equation model and so on.Data analysis,to explore the impact of quality of life and social support factors.Results: The physical field,psychological field,social relations field,specificity module,collinearity module and total score of the quality of life of drug addicts were(41.21±7.02),(43.43±8.25),(33.26±7.70),(69.52±12.78),(117.91±20.04)and(187.43±28.42).The objective support,subjective support,social utilization and total score were(7.04 ± 2.84),(14.65 ± 6.74),(5.56 ± 1.87)and(27.26 ± 9.38)respectively.(48.36 ± 6.63),(49.14 ± 8.72)and(39.80 ± 6.98),respectively,in the physiological field,psychological field,social relations field,specific module,collinearity module and total score of 238 volunteers from the general population(6.12 ± 2.98),(19.90 ± 7.12),(7.61 ± 1.94),(2.12 ± 2.12)and(7.61 ± 0.12),respectively,and the objective support,subjective support,social utilization and total score were(6.12 ± 2.98)33.63 ± 9.26).Univariate analysis showed that the total score of the quality of life of the detoxification group was 8.45 units lower than the control group(p = 0.0022)and the total score of social support was 2.61(p = 0.0001)after adjusting for the social demographic characteristics.Multivariate analysis showed that the nutritional status of the drug addicts(self-assessment),health status(self-assessment),forced isolation of self-assessment of the location of life before treatment,the atmosphere of the family,the circle of friends,the type of drug use Relapse on the quality of life in each area and the total quality of life of a greater impact on age,drug use,health insurance on the quality of life in certain areas of the impact of drug abuse in the case of drug use,drug and other factors were life Quality parts of the field have an impact.A comparative study of social support for drug addicts with different social characteristics found that age,health status(self-assessment),family atmosphere,friend atmosphere had a greater impact on each dimension of social support and overall social support,marital status,and educational level,Nutritional status(self-assessment),local economic conditions(self-assessment),the types of drug use have an impact on certain areas of life quality,the social availability of methamphetors and the total social support scores are higher than those of other drug species.The results of the structural equation model show that general population,drug and social support(SSRS)have an impact on the quality of life(QLICD-DA)of detox patients,and social status(ecobiolt)is indirectly supported by social support.Affect the quality of life.The longer the drug abuse is,the more extreme the way of drug use,the worse the nutritional and health conditions,the worse the quality of life,the better the atmosphere of the family and friends,the more developed the local economy,the more support it receives,the higher the quality.Conclusion: There are positive relationships between various fields of life quality and social support,and the higher the social support score,the higher the quality of life.In addition,the various aspects of the quality of life of the compulsory detoxification population,the total quality of life,the social support of the subjective support,social availability and social support are lower than the general population,so the health education for drug addicts at the same time to strengthen the intervention of family members improve the quality of life and social support of drug addicts.
