Clinical Study Of Primary Dysmenorrhea (Cold And Dampness Stagnation Type) By Yunfutongjing Massage And Catgut Embedding At Acupoints

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Yunfutongjing massage and acupoint embedding on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold and damp stagnation type through clinical controlled trials,to explore the mechanism of this therapy,and to treat PD with Yunfutongjing massage and acupoint embedding on acupoint Provide the basis for clinical application.Methods: In this study,72 PD patients from the outpatient department and treatment area of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into a treatment group and a control group using a randomized controlled trial.The treatment group was treated with Yunfutongjing massage combined with acupoint-embedding.The treatment group used massage,acupoints,and rubbing methods,and tapped blood on both sides,Sanyinjiao,return,and waterway.Then take Guan Yuan,Ci Liao,Di Ji,uterus.The control group was treated with oral Chinese patent Tongjing Pills.The treatment group was given massage therapy 3 days before menstruation,and the acupoint embedding was started after the end of menstruation,twice per course.The drug in the control group was taken one week before menstruation,and the patients in both groups took one menstrual cycle as one course of treatment and three consecutive courses of treatment.Observe the changes of dysmenorrhea symptom score,VAS score,TCM syndrome score and clinical efficacy of PD patients before and after treatment.Results:1.The total number of patients was 72(36 cases in the treatment group,4 cases of shedding;36 cases in the control group,6 cases of shedding).The age,course of disease,dysmenorrhea symptom score between the two groups,and the degree of pain were treated with spss26.0 software.,VAS scores and TCM syndrome scores were used for data analysis,and there were no significant differences,which are comparable.2.Comparing the difference in the reduction of dysmenorrhea symptom scores,changes in VAS scores and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment,and the changes in TCM syndrome scores.Compare the Yunbatongjing massage with acupoint embedding.The total effective rates of the group(treatment group)and the oral dysmenorrhea pill group(control group)were 90.625% and 80.000%,respectively,which proves that both treatment methods are effective and the treatment group has a better effect.Conclusion: According to clinical verification and analysis,it is concluded that the Yunfutongjing massage method combined with the acupoint-embedding method and oral Tongjing Pill have good clinical effects on cold and damp stagnation type primary dysmenorrhea,which can effectively alleviate the pain and symptoms of patients.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group.It can effectively improve the patient’s psychological stress,without toxic and side effects of the drug,and without adverse reactions.It is a green and healthy treatment method and is worthy of clinical promotion.
