| Objective: To study the meridian-guiding drugs application in ophthalmology,through the classical medical books,literature,and clinical studies,this thesis will illustrate the importance of the method of meridian-guiding theory of traditional Chinese medicine to heal eye diseases resulted from liver and kidney deficiency type,for the clinical use of Chinese ophthalmology meridian-guiding drugs reference.Methods: Lucubrate the Chinese ophthalmology of internal ophthalmology of liver and kidney deficiency type,the prescription of Tonifying the liver and kindney and meridian-guiding drugs,retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of x cases of internal ophthalmology of liver and kidney deficiency type patients in Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital ophthalmology from January 2015 To January 2020,Microsoft excel spreadsheet to take the patient’s age,diseases,diagnosis,the use of prescriptions,an analysis of the use of Chinese medicine,and expressed in tables and figures,and counting out the total effective rate by SPSS.Results: The study shows in the 140 cases 233 eyes,44 cases had apparent results,127 had effective results and 62 had no effects.If applying the method of the prescription of Tonifying the liver and kindney alone,14 cases had apparent results,63 had effective results and 54 had no effects(P<0.05).It suggests that the former method is more desirable.Conclusion: 1.The liver and kidney deficiency is a key factors of causing ophthalmology,especially in internal ophthalmology.2.The meridian-guiding theory of traditional Chinese medicine is a key method practiced in ophthalmology.3.The method of the prescription of Tonifying the liver and kindney with meridian-guiding drugs is more effective than the method of the prescription of Tonifying the liver and kindney alone for internal ophthalmology of liver and kidney deficiency type. |
