Clinical Study Of Jinkui Shenqi Pills In Treating Primary Hypertension With Deficiency Of Kidney Qi

OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jinkui Shenqi Pills in treating essential hypertension with kidney-qi deficiency.Methods: 80 cases were randomly divided into control group and test group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given amlodipine besylate tablets,and the test group was given amlodipine besylate tablets in combination.Jinkui Shenqi Pills are added and subtracted.Jinkui Shenqi Pills are taken in granules,one dose a day.After 4 weeks of treatment,the antihypertensive effect and the improvement of TCM syndromes in the two groups were observed.Results: 1.In terms of antihypertensive effect: both groups can reduce the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the patients.The total effective rate of the control group was 89.74% and the total effective rate of the test group was 92.3%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The efficacy of TCM symptoms: both groups can improve the TCM symptoms of patients.The total effective rate of the control group was76.9%,and the total effective rate of the test group was 92.3%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group improved.The patient’s symptom effect was better than the control group.Both groups can reduce the total TCM syndrome scores of patients.The total score of the control group before the test was 17.89±2.47,the test group was 18.12±2.00,the control group was 12.64±2.08 after the test,and the test group was 6.23 ± 2.483.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).For the treatment of single symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,there was no difference between the two groups in improving dizziness,headache,and edema.The experimental group was excellent in kidney qi deficiency syndromes such as lumbar spine pain,waist and knee weakness,fatigue,fatigue,thirst,and tinnitus.In the control group.3.In terms of adverse reactions,one person in the control group developed palpitations and disappeared spontaneously.One person in the test group had mild nausea after taking the drug,and both groups were safe to use.Conclusion: Jinkui Shenqi Pills combined with amlodipine besylate tablets caneffectively lower blood pressure,and the effect is better than using western medicine alone,and it can better improve the symptoms of patients,relieve lumbar spine pain,soft waist and knees,abnormal urination,mouth Symptoms of kidney qi deficiency such as thirst,fatigue and burnout,the application of western medicine alone has limited effect on improving symptoms of kidney qi deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,that Shenqi Pills are used for tonifying kidney qi,and the application indications of Shenqi Pills are mastered,and the use of Jinkui Shenqi Pills for treating kidney-qi deficiency type hypertension can improve the therapeutic effect of simply using western medicine to lower blood pressure.They complement each other,broaden the thinking for clinical treatment of diseases,and have a certain significance for broadening the syndrome differentiation of hypertension,improve the understanding and awareness of kidney-qi deficiency syndrome of hypertension,and it is worth applying to patients with kidney-qi deficiency hypertension.
