Clinical Efficacy Studies Of Pingxiaokangshen Formula In The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy In The Clinical Stage Of Spleen-kidney Yang

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Pingxiaokangshen formula on diabetic nephropathy with spleen and kidney yang deficiency.Methods: Sixty(stage Ⅲ,Ⅳ)diabetic nephropathy patients who met the Napai standard were divided into a test group and a control group according to a random method.The treatment plan of the test group:basic treatment + valsartan capsule + Pingxiaokangshen formula;control Group: basic treatment + valsartan capsules.The urinary microalbumin,hemostatin-C,fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,liver and kidney function and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were used as statistical indicators before and after treatment for 12 weeks.Results: 1.The laboratory indexes of both groups of patients improved after treatment,and the experimental group reduced the laboratory indexes of patients(urinary microalbumin,hemostatin-C)better than the control group,P <0.05;2.The two groups After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of TCM patients all decreased,but the test group was better than the control group,P <0.05.Conclusion: 1.It is concluded that Pingxiaokangshen formula combined with valsartan capsules is effective in treating diabetic nephropathy of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type,with lower toxic and side effects and higher safety.2.In terms of reducing laboratory indexes such as urinary microalbumin and cystatin-C and improving clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,Pingxiaokangshen formula combined with valsartan capsules is better than valsartan capsules alone.3.For patients with diabetic nephropathy,based on valsartan capsules,combined application of Pingxiaokangshen formula treatment can achieve certain results,and it is worth further in-depth research.
