| Part One QUALITATIVE RESEARCH ON THE EXPERIENCE OF MATERNAL SUPPORT AND CONTROL IN NATURAL CHILDBIRTHObjective This paper summarizes the experience of natural childbirth in childbirth, describes the experience of parturition support and control during childbirth, and provides reference for the introduction of Chinese delivery support and control scale. Methods By using the phenomenological method in qualitative research,a semi structured interview was conducted in 1-3 days after childbirth in a hospital in Tai’an.The time was from January 2017 to October.According to the Colaizzi7 step analysis, the original data were analyzed. Results The theme of childbirth experience of natural childbirth is refined.Subject I: pain:(1)contraction pain;(2)pain during perineal suture.Subject II: emotion:(1)negative feelings: fear in labor;helplessness and loneliness;anxiety.(2)Positive feeling: self motivation;expectation for the baby;self confidence.Subject III: support and needs:(1)obstetric nursing support;(2)Family support Subject IV: control ability:(1)internal control;voice;contractions;(2)external control: environment;information needs.ConclusionThe experience of childbirth in natural childbirth in China is different. The support and control of childbirth have an important position in the childbirth experience. Most women can respond to childbirth according to the different physical control ability and strong psychological support ability. Therefore,it is necessary to introduce the related assessment scale pay attention to maternal mood changes,Appropriate nursing measures should be provided to ensure the smooth delivery.Part Two DEVELOPMENT OF THE CHINESE VERSION OF DELIVERY THE SUPPORT AND CONTROL IN BIRTH SCALEObjective To introduce and revise the Chinese version of birth support and control scale, and the reliability and validity of the scale was tested to provide an effective tool for assessing the level of maternal support and control in natural childbirth in China. Methods After empowerment of Professor Susan Ayers’ s mail contact acquisition scale, the international universal scale Sinicization program, the "translation back translation culture debug pre test" method, was introduced to introduce the delivery support and control scale(Support and Control in Birth,SCIB)to China, through item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability and validity of the scale were tested by sub analysis, and the Chinese version of the Chinese version of labor support and control scale was developed. Results 1.Form the Chinese version of birth support and control scale. The scale used Likert5 score, including 33 items and 3 dimensions,of which there were 9 positive scores in 12 questions,3 reverse integral,10 internal control,6 positive score,11 positive control,9 forward score,2 reverse score, after the reverse score adjustment, the higher the score, the better the support and control level of delivery.2.Reliability test showed that the internal consistency reliability(Cronbach ’s alpha coefficient)was 0.916,the retest reliability was 0.933,the content validity of each item was 0.804,and the correlation coefficient of the standard was 0.548.Conclusion The Chinese version of delivery support and control scale has good reliability and validity. It is a reliable and effective evaluation tool to assess the support and control of parturients in childbirth. It can be applied to natural childbirth in the cultural background of our country, and then to speculate whether the parturient has a positive delivery experience and to provide clinical nursing intervention measures, optimize the quality of obstetric care.Part Three PRELIMINARY APPLICATION OF CHINESE VERSION OF THE SUPPORT AND CONTROL IN BIRTH SCALEObjective The Chinese version of childbirth support and control scale is used to describe the status of delivery support and control of natural parturients in Tai’an and Laiwu areas. To analyze the influencing factors for the obstetric nursing staff to take effective intervention measures in clinical practice in order to help the parturient to get the positive delivery experience, the best physiologic and psychological state can be provided during the delivery period. Methods A questionnaire survey was designed and used for the delivery of maternal childbirth support and control questionnaire(informed consent,Chinese version of delivery support and control scale(SCIB),general demography and production scientific data questionnaire).A survey was conducted on 350 natural childbirth mothers in three hospitals in Tai’an and Laiwu. The descriptive study was used(mean±standard deviation).Univariate analysis was performed by t test,ANOVA,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results 1.The descriptive research results showed that the total score of delivery support and control was(111.90±13.17)scores,in which the score of delivery support dimension(45.85±7.21),internal control dimension score(30.56±4.40)and external control dimension score(35.49±6.03)were scored.2.The results of single factor analysis showed that there were significant differences in the level of parturition support, internal control, external control score and total score in prenatal education, parturition company, parturition, perineum tear, labor time, perineum and other levels.3.Multiple stepwise regression results showed that 4 variables entered the regression equation, such as prenatal education, parturition, parturition, and labor time. The standardized partial regression coefficient can be seen that the size of the effect is in turn: escorts, prenatal education, labor, labor time.ConclusionIn this study, the birth support and control level of natural childbirth mothers was higher, the delivery company, birth order, prenatal education, and labor time are the factors influencing the level of parturition support and control. Therefore, the maternity care should be strengthened in maternity care.Prenatal education promotes the delivery of parturient and shortens the duration of labor so as to improve the level of maternal support and control, and successfully complete childbirth. |
