Objective To investigate the status quo of psychological capital,coping styles and self-feeling burden of ICU patients,analysis the influence factors of each variable.To explore the mediating effect of psychological capital on coping style and self-feeling burden of ICU patients,expand the applied research of the psychological capital.From the perspective of positive psychology,and discusses on the reshaping of the ICU patients psychological capital,digging their own positive energy,to reduce the ICU patients self-feeling the burden to provide a new research orientation.Methods From April 2019 to July 2019,150 ICU patients who met the inclusion criteria in 4 third-level first-class hospitals in Zhejiang Province were selected by convenience sampling method.General information questionnaire,positive psychological capital questionnaire,medical coping style questionnaire and self-feeling burden scale were used as research tools to conduct the questionnaire survey.Excel was used to establish the database and SPSS25.0 software was used for data analysis.Descriptive statistical analysis was used for general data,mean ± standard deviation(x±s)was used for statistical description of measurement data,and number of people and percentage were used for counting data.Comparison between groups using independent sample t-test and variance analysis,the influence of each variable factor analysis using multiple stepwise regression analysis,ICU patients' psychological capital,the correlation of coping styles,and feel burden yourself with Pearson correlation analysis,psychological capital in the intermediary effect of coping styles and self-feeling burden AMOS24.0 statistical software to construct structural equation model analysis.Results(1)The average score of psychological capital in ICU patients was(4.33±0.660).The average scores of the four dimensions of psychological capital were optimism,resilience,hope and self-efficacy from high to low.The total score of psychological capital showed statistically significant differences in income,educational level,disease course,basic diseases,primary caregivers and disease understanding(P<0.05).Multiple stepwise regression results showed that basic diseases,course of disease and primary caregivers were the main factors affecting psychological capital of ICU patients.(2)The mean score of the total coping styles of ICU patients was(2.48±0.302),and the mean scores of the three coping styles ranged from high to low:submission,avoidance and face.The total score of coping styles showed statistically significant differences in gender,income,education level,disease course,basic diseases and disease understanding(P<0.05).The results of multiple stepwise regression showed that education level,course of disease and gender were the main factors influencing the coping style of ICU patients.(3)The total items of self-feeling burden of ICU patients were(3.36±0.918),and the dimension score was(33.62±9.180).Different gender,age,income,education level,working status,residence,medical expenses,hospitalization frequency and disease understanding level had statistically significant differences in the total score of self-feeling burden(P<0.05).The results of multiple stepwise regression showed that the degree of disease understanding,gender,working status and residence were the main factors affecting the self-feeling burden of ICU patients.(4)There was a significant positive correlation between ICU patients' coping style and self-feeling burden(r=0.400,P<0.01),and a significant negative correlation between psychological capital and self-feeling burden(r=-0.293,P<0.01).(5)Psychological capital of ICU patients has a partial mediating effect between coping style and self-feeling burden.Conclusion(1)The level of self-feeling burden of ICU patients is at medium intensity,which should be paid attention to by medical care.(2)The positive psychological status of ICU patients is at the medium level,and there is still a lot of room for improvement.(3)ICU patients often choose to give in and avoid,but less choose to face.(4)Patients with high level of psychological capital have a light self-feeling burden.The psychological capital level of patients who adopt coping style is higher and the burden of self-feeling is lighter.The psychological capital level of patients with avoidance and submission is relatively low and the burden of self-perception is heavy.(5)Different coping styles of ICU patients can not only directly affect their self-feeling burden,but also influence their self-feeling burden through the mediating effect of psychological capital.Psychological capital of ICU patients plays an intermediary role in coping style and self-feeling burden.
