A Clinical Study Of Tiaoqi Yangshen Decoction In The Treatment Of Depression Pattern Of Liver Depression And Blood Vacuity

Objective: In this study,the clinical efficacy of tiaoqi yangshen decoction in the treatment of depression(mild to moderate anxiety and depression)pattern of liver depression and blood vacuity was observed,and the intervention mechanism was clarified,so as to provide more theoretical and practical basis for the clinical promotion and application of tiaoqi yangshen decoction,and broaden the diagnosis and treatment ideas for the prevention and treatment of depression in traditional Chinese medicine.Method: 60 patients with qi stagnation and blood deficiency syndrome of depression(mild to moderate anxiety and depression)from the outpatient department of encephalopathy and inpatient department of Zhejiang rehabilitation medical center were selected,which met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and excluded the emotional disorders caused by other factors.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases);The treatment group was treated with Tiaoqi Yangshen decoction,one dose a day,warm in the morning and evening;The control group was given Flupentixol and Melitrace Tablets(Deanxit),2 tablets a day for adults: 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet at noon,and 1 tablet a day for seniors ≥60 years old: morning.Patients in both groups were given the drug for 4 consecutive weeks for 1 course of treatment.Observed before and after treatment in both groups before and 2,4 weeks treatment records of TCM syndrome,Hamilton anxiety(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),before,end treatment records indices such as Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scale changes,to assess patient’s level of anxiety,depression,and the research on the sleep quality and safety indicators of evaluation.All the data are analyzed and processed by SPSS17.0 statistical software to get the results,and combined with the academic thought of tutors and the rules of our party to analyze its mechanism,and finally come to the conclusion of the researchResult: 1.Analysis of TCM syndromes and clinical effective rate: after 4 weeks of medication treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 85.2% in the treatment group and 53.6% in the control group.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups of patients decreased compared with that before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Analysis of HAMD scale: after treatment,the scores of HAMD scale in both groups were lower than before treatment,suggesting that both tiaoqi yangshen decoction and deanxit could improve the depressive symptoms of patients;The clinical effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 85.2% and 71.4%,respectively,with no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.42 > 0.05).3.HAMA scale analysis: after treatment,the scores of HAMA scale in the two groups of patients decreased,and the degree of decline was significant in the treatment group,which was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P=0.000< 0.05).In terms of the total clinical effective rate,the total effective rate was 77.8% in the treatment group and 64.3% in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.306 > 0.05).4.Analysis of PSQI scale: t test was used before the integral treatment of PSQI scale in the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000<0.05),indicating comparability.After treatment,the decrease degree of PSQI scale score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of PSQI scale in the treatment group was 88.8%,which was significantly different from that in the control group(P=0.04<0.05),suggesting that tiaoqi yangshen decoction could significantly improve the sleep quality of patients compared with deanxit.5.During the treatment period,there were no abnormal safety indicators such as blood routine and liver and kidney function in the two groups,and no significant adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion: The tiaoqi yangshen decoction and deanxit in the treatment of depressive illness pattern of liver depression and blood vacuity patients with mild-to-moderate anxiety depression,through the classification of syndromes quantitative assessment,HAMD,HAMA scale and PSQI scale integral evaluation,to improve the symptoms of qi and blood deficiency and symptoms of anxiety and depression total effective rate,the tiaoqi yangshen decoction is better than that of deanxit,can prove that the tiaoqi yangshen decoction in the treatment of depressive illness(mild-to-moderate anxiety depression)effective prescription.
